Perfectly adequate for our purpose. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the elevator worked. (Our last trip, in the USA, the hotel's single elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor.Not good for an elderly couple.)

I would stay here again.

First Visit to Haifa, Israel

1. keycode door malfunctioned.
2. bathroom sink leaked badly.
3. refrigerator was not properly cleaned
4. floor not well swept
5. breakfast not available first morning, with late notice of this
6. I had to change my room.
7. No soap for bathroom sink in second room.
8. No one ever apologized for this and recognized the hassle of all this, especially having to move all my things from one room to another! 
This was my third stay here. The first time was fine. The second time, there was a major issue (no hot water as i recall). This time seems to confirm a pattern. 
Plus a business associate of mine stayed here recently and reported to me that her sheets had not been changed from the previous guest.

sooooo disappointing

We spent 2 nights. The location is good, the included breakfast needs some improvement, no cappuccino or espresso included, you have to pay for it extra, the vegetables are not fresh, the eggs are cold, you can’t ask fo anything specially made for you. In the 1st morning, they served only white very dry, not fresh bread. The room was reasonable, not very clean, small and not soft towels. There was a column opposite the bad, that blocked the tv, from 1 side of the bad you couldn’t watch anything and from the other side you could watch about half. The staff was very kind and tried to help. There is room for improvement.

Not bad for the price

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES.
I and my partner booked 2 nights in there and ended up in the worst experience we ever had.

They gave us a room that looked clean at first look..but then you could see hairs on the sheets and the towels. The trashcan was full of dirty women's sanitary pads.

They replaced us the room of course. BUT - in the middle of the night - group of people opened the door while we were sleeping, claiming the reception gave them the key for their stay. I almost had a heart attack thinking someone broke into the room to rob us.
The reception tolled us they forgot to change our room on the computer by mistake. 
Nether to say- they didn't get any compensation.

On the second day - the elevator broke up for the whole day. (our room was in 6th floor).

IT WAS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT BE FOOLED BY PRETTY PICTURES.

Worst experience Ive ever had

The apartment is excellent, with an excellent bathroom, the bed is very comfortable, the WiFi is very good, the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is good, but as nothing in Haifa is near one of the other things there are things that will stay away like the beach. The worst is to park.

It's a great apartment.

This was such a good surprise to see how close to Haifa Center station the hotel was. Just 3 min walking. 
Also, we’ve had a very comfortable stay there with good bed, excellent shower and great facilities. 
Would totally recommend this place.

Very comfortable and excellent location 

I just stayed here for 2 nights & the location was just a few blocks from the “Haifa center-hashmona” train station(direct trains to Akko & Tel Aviv)& the revitalized “downtown” on one side & the German colony on the other side of the hotel. In fact, Eli’s pub, which is supposed to be a fun place is NEXT door. Few cafes/food across the street-some closed by 8p!The apt was very secure: need pin code to enter bldg & also your room. The kitchen included 4 instant coffee packets, 2 roast coffee pkts,4 classic tea pkts, sugar, salt & pepper, corkscrew, & of course plates, silverware& glasses/mugs.The WiFi & individual ac worked great. The roof top terrace was nice for the view,but didn’t have a single table or chair(??!!). The bathroom shower was on the small side but did include 1 small bar of soap, lotion, liquid body wash & shampoo/conditioner, but NO HAIRDRYER (I did not ask at the front desk if they had one to borrow- I did at my next Israel hotel when I encountered the same situation & they did, so maybe that’s how it was at Diana(?). Don’t forget to turn on the boiler 15 min b/f showering. The daily housekeeping consists only of providing fresh towels & removing used ones & pulling trash. The ladies at the front desk were very nice & helpful. There are a few grocery stores within 1-3 blocks that they directed us to that also sells beer, wine & spirits(only til 11p in Israel). Finally, there is a laundry room in the bottom floor (instructions posted in English too) with 2 washing machines (15 nis) & 2 dryers (20 nis) -the laundry detergent is included & is in the white “garbage can” in the pic

2 nt stay

The hotel reception staff was very courteous, but there was a need for a significant improvement in room cleanliness.
In addition, the restaurant was unable to deliver the take away meals on time & the noise (weekend) from the street reached the sixth floor, but that did not prevent sleep.

Diana Seaport Apartments - Could be better

I visited Haifa,Israel in November 2018. Haifa is about 2 hours from the Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. I stayed at the Diana Seaport Apartments in a double occupancy apartment. I was pleasantly surprised that instead of two beds in one room (double beds), we were provided with separate bedrooms. The apartment looks exactly like the picture provided on this website. The apartment was air-conditioned and has stairwell and elevator access. Shower and toilet facilities provided (no bathub). You may hear the other guests plumbing from time to time but it'snot disturbing since it occurred at times when we were preparing to go out for the day. The kitchen was new and up-to-date. The range is glass-top electric, new wares, new kitchen cupboards, fridge and microwave. A flat screen tv was provided with cable channels(some local and some international channels). The apartment was cleaned every day- fresh towels and toiletries. There are washing and drying facilities in the basement. I felt safe at the hotel- the room access was via a pin code. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Wifi was great. The hotel is situated in downtown Haifa near to the German Colony (shopping area, nightlife, access to the Bahai Gardens,Naval Museum and Mount Carmel) bus access to Hamifratz (shopping area with malls and cinema), and there is also a train station nearby.  If you love ice-cream you can find a wonderful ice cream shop one street away from the hotel (western side of Derech HaAtsma'ut street heading towards the Rocket Building). There is a Vietnamese restaurant called Saigon connected to the hotel. Roof-top access beautiful view of the city as far as the eye can see. There are pizza shops, bakeries, Thai, Arab and Israeli restaurants nearby. Great location, lively place...if your visiting Israel for the first time and working with a budget. Overall, I had a great experience.

I was there for 10 days at november, nice functional rooms with a big kitchen.
Wi-Fi was not that good.
The personal of the hotel are very nice and professional.
The best thing is the LOCATION. DownTown Haifa, many pubs and coffee places, close to the train station, bus station and Haifa port.
