We stayed in two families at the end of August, to welcome a Nana Pina, very kind and very friendly, the place is nice, nothing spectacular, but for a b&b, it's more than enough. Nice room although a little naked, with a nice view of the volcano Etna lacked a table where you could put something, in return the room was very clean, with the beds and sheets that smelled, which is a long time ago.

B&B really OK! The rooms are perfectly furnished, the bathrooms are very new and really well made..what I had in the room had a shower as big as a bathtub! As for breakfast...I could choose between a bar voucher or breakfast in the facility. Personally I chose the second option and I got two socks to make my coffee at the machine that is at the reception and in addition I got milk, marmalades, peanuts, biscuits, brioches, fruit juice, and a bottle of water! As for the owners...all very kind and available....and the price...good compared to the beauty of the facility...given that I have spent the same amount several times for b&b!

I highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable rooms with refrigerator and air conditioning, in my case being on the top floor there was also a nice terrace.

I was here in August for two days. My living room also included the kitchen and a small terrace. Excellent new clean and spacious b&b rooms.

The room is very spacious carefully clean and equipped with all the comforts... beautiful terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the Etna... excellent service... breakfast received in the room... let's say that for New Year's I went very well!

The minute I stepped into the main floor of this B&B, it was like walking into a time capsule. It brought me back to a time when my husband and I lived in the town of Belpasso during our Sicily tour of duty twelve years prior. Even the stairs going up three floors reminded me of Charles (our cat and companion during said tour), who learned to use the stairs in order to access his litter box. I love everything about this B&B. You can sense the warmth and hospitality from the minute you walk in. The room where my mom, my siblings, and I stayed had all the necessary amenities. The spacious balcony showcasing Sicily’s most famous landmark, Mount Etna, is an added bonus. Breakfast is in a cafe a short distance from the B&B, offering a great selection of pastries perfectly paired with your espresso, cappuccino, or cioccolato. B&B La Scacchiera Dell'Etna is minutes away from Mount Etna, located in a charming town at the foot of Europe's most active volcano.
