We stayed only one night because we accompanied our son to the university entrance test. The landlord Antonio was very kind and available; the rooms were very clean and tidy, the kitchen corner was well organized with packaged but good quality products. In our 2 rooms there was the chemical bathroom. We parked on the street but there is also a guarded parking space available. The accommodation is convenient to reach, both on foot and by means, the university area, the center and the area of the hospitals. In conclusion, an adequate accommodation for all needs, welcoming and with a very kind host.

Suitable for all needs

We've been to Bologna for family reasons and it may seem trivial but I've never found a B&B so well organized.

Home even if you're in a B&B

We stayed for 3 days with my husband at this b&b, the delightful, neat, very clean facility provided with all the comforts a few minutes' walk from the historic center and the train station.

Excellent reception, maximum staff availability. Rooms and common areas are well maintained down to the details. Excellent cleanliness and excellent price. Just a few steps from Porta San Vitale, near the centre. If I had to return to Bologna, I would no doubt contact this b&b

This is the third time we've been to this B&B because it's a landmark for me and my boyfriend. We've always found the dear Mr. Antonio very kind, the rooms are clean and in continuous hygiene, equipped with all the anti-virus security, excellent breakfast made me feel at home... the room prices are not high but quality and very high... thank you very soon...

Gentleman's room, clean, with bathroom, TV... and various amenities, the owner Mr. Antonio always available for any logistical problem to be solved, very polite and sensitive person to the next one, excellent quality price... location near the historic center and health centers...

Maximum availability

I thank Mr. Antonio for the availability I stayed alone for 3 days, but I didn't feel alone at all. Instead they made me feel at home, comfortable room clean, with all the comforts a very good breakfast, having never been to Bologna they helped me so much in the movements I thank you again...
