Very nice residence, with a wonderful sea view, a few steps from the beach of Straccoligno where there are two excellent restaurants and in a convenient position to reach Capoliveri.

We spent a week in July in this delicious residence we found a clean and well maintained apartment, only missing the air conditioner (but they're installing it), the very nice and kind owner.

Lovely apartments and very kind householders

We've been here for three weeks, we found the apartment very clean, the staff are very nice and available, the outdoor spaces are very clean, 5 minutes from the centre of the village of Capoliveri, ideal for those who want to relax in the green.

3 very pleasant weeks

I have been staying with my wife in this residence for a week, the place is very well kept and very quiet, near the beach of Straccoligno and a few minutes' drive from Capoliveri. Surely suitable for families.

The right place for a relaxing vacation

I stayed at the residence Villa Franca near Capoliveri with my family and 4 other families of friends. Ideal place for those who love tranquility, immersed in the green and two steps from the beach of Straccoligno, small but with a crystalline sea. The residence is the ideal base to visit Capoliveri, a charming village for evening walks and full of locals. From the residence you can also reach the most beautiful beaches of the island: Barabarca, Cavoli, Fetovaia, Capo Bianco etc.

Ideal location

We stayed in the residence for 5 nights. Nice and quiet place.No negative phone line.Discreet apartment cleanliness.Lack of air conditioning/ventilators.Poor furnishings and lack of functional elements.

Poor quality of management

Positive: exceptional cleanliness, good position, excellent view. Residence well maintained. Comfortable bed. Negative: lack of sheets, towels, drawer, toilet paper,... Mrs. Franca is a false courtesan, in fact she keeps repeating her phrases made without listening. She is not a lady, she looks nice but she is low leveraged. You can only enter the house at 4 pm while you have to leave her at 9 pm. You can leave your luggage in the car in the parking lot of the residence.

Let's say it's okay.

We stayed in this building in the first week of July, in a very clean, spacious, simple but functional two-room apartment. A large outdoor patio where we can have dinner or have a cool evening in a comfortable drawer and crib. Green exterior well maintained, absolute tranquility. Good hospitality from Mr. Franca and his children. I would suggest some interior accessories (hooks or supports) where to hang the necessary.

Days of absolute relaxation

It's a nice green house, houses with a panoramic view, a little Spartan furnishings but a clean place, the owners are courteous and available. You can eat at the restaurant inside, close to some beaches and a few minutes away there is Capoliveri.

Nature and relaxation

We had two very pleasant weeks in August. We were enchanted. We immediately fell in love with Villa Franca and the sea view of the Gulf of Straccoligno. In addition, the green residence offers a unique tranquility. Honestly, even the roar of the birds in the morning and the famous singing of the rooster, who lives nearby, were pleasing to us. Everything is clearly subjective, it will be that we are lovers of animals and nature; we prefer these to the noises of the engines and cars. In addition, the rooms have mattresses, the rooms have beautiful large windows, and even if the square, instead of the cabin, has the tent, it is enough to arrange with three pairs of stairs to admire the Gulf of France.
