Hotel 0 stars other than 3. Bad reception, rooms the same. Too expensive for the price paid. Pillow hard as a stone. Lastly in the shower there is also the toilet, but seen before. It looked like I was in a prison!!!!!!!!!!!!

A typical horror movie hotel...a fatiguing entrance without even the lights to light the entrance not to mention the rude gentleman who greeted us without even saying hello. As soon as I got the room, a triple for one night at a disproportionate price of 70 euros compared to the horrible show we found in the room: very cold room, indecent bathroom, tiny TV set to the left of the bed locked in a safe, let no one ever break it. Not to mention breakfast: to welcome a gentleman who watches the TV that gets up to prepare our breakfast; cappuccino and tea so hot that we had to wait an hour before berlining, but as unpleasant as they were we had to leave them and half a cornet in the window that was in the safe, I don't know how many days we had to throw it away.

Maybe sleeping in an abandoned house would have been better.

A hotel, if you can call it that, is among the ugliest and most indecent in Naples. At the reception a middle-aged gentleman who welcomes you without even saying hello, almost would do you a favor to stay there. We paid 25€ for a 2 hour break that if not respected per minute you are immediately asked for an extra 10€ to the next hour's shot, you will not have equipped neither the remote control for the TV nor the air conditioning (which you have never seen before!) As soon as you get into the room you are catapulted into a horror film, room very dirty, smoky impregnated in the sewers, tiny bathroom where there was a stench of thumb, TV of 20 inches to the wall strung in a kind of plastic casing (does not) so that you can also directly deprive the TV from the lack of the inexperience of changing the sewers.

We've only slept less well for one night... apart from the lack of room and bathroom cleaning... considering the price is for thieves... the lady, I assume the owner is an arrogant and presumptuous and rude person, and I'm staying here because she's a certain age... the stinking and fatiguing rooms without a shred of hygiene.

Weight

Despite the negative reviews, we decided to stay in this hotel thinking it was overrated. Well, the reviews were way too good. Dirty rooms, the smell of sewage coming from the bathrooms that fall apart, the doors don't close... the management staff is not ready to meet our needs at all. We ran after the first night and they didn't return us the second night paid in advance.

That's awful!

I was, fortunately for a very short time, with my companion in this miserable place. At first they gave us a dirty, dark, very cold room with a bad smell coming from the bathroom. We asked for a replacement that was a little more decent and warm but from the balcony came air making an absurd noise, the heating was nonexistent, the cleaning made us want to see the floors and dirty sheets, the small TV that was embedded in a box placed at a long distance, the noises and screams from the hallways were clearly heard. That... DO NOT EVER EVER!!!

An experience that will never be repeated!

Last month we were staying with some friends at this hotel we were greeted with kindness and cordiality we were only one night but we were fine cleaning in the norm we will certainly return x more days

I'm very sorry for my review because the staff is kind but unfortunately it's not up to the price for various reasons, first of all the bathroom is impractical, without wall towel support to overcome the fact that the bathroom space needs to be optimized there is an uncomfortable mobile trespolo with arms on which towel paper etc. that needs to be moved depending on whether you need to use the toilet or the bidet.

Too many negative features

I was lucky enough to stay only for you at night for work reasons, it seemed like the night never went by I couldn't wait to leave the hotel if that's what we want to call this nightmare hotel... noisy, dirty rooms, broken bathroom and stains all over the walls.

The entrance is really narrow because of a large black chair unnecessarily arranged, so also the other furniture (including the beds) that block the passage for the movement in the room. The beds are a little too old, mattresses are quite decent but stiff as bricks. Inside the room there is also a small TV enclosed in a likely safe against the wall.
