Great to be back!

We stayed at this B&B during a visit to the Children's Hospital. The staff availability was immediately excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is appreciated the care in meeting our needs. Surely a pleasant experience.

Courtesy and Hospitality

We stayed there for check-ups, which is to say, very poor cleaning, dust, splatter, stained linen, hot water didn't work for a couple of hours then nothing like the same as the thermos, we spent the nights in the cold, my kids got sick. Not to mention breakfast, all the cornets, anything but just deformed, definitely advanced in the previous days.

It's awful.

What to say: a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to Bruno who with his B&B recreated the family atmosphere even though it is miles away from home. We stayed because our son had to undergo an operation at the Bambin Jesus of Palidoro. The structure is in fact very close to the hospital and above all to all services: pharmacy with the possibility of also carrying out the antigenic tampon necessary for hospitalization, supermarket Todis huge and very supplied. Breakfast is spectacular and included in the living room and the bar is provided with every kindness and staff is available and competent. Our miniature was very new, very clean and endowed with everything (litina, laundry, stendicheria).

Feeling the warmth of home at a difficult time

We were in Passoscuro for an interview with my little one, guests of the B&B, I must say thank you to Barbara, kind and polite, always with a smile.

Professionalism and courtesy

We booked this B&B in April to bring our little girl who had to undergo a small operation due to respiratory problems. The gentlemen, knowing the situation, were immediately very kind but theirs was a whole façade. They had sent me a video on whatsapp at the time of booking, to show me the room they were going to reserve for us and specify that it was a basement floor. When we arrived I found everything else. They demanded the full payment on arrival in cash, not accepting paper payments and not issuing tax receipts: illegal. The apartment was located in the basements of a little house and as a result had a strong smell of mold and the doors were opened, because they could be a little dirty on the air conditioning room room after a few nights.

Mr. Bruno and Mrs. Barbara are very kind people, we stayed in a comfortable and clean apartment, nothing was lacking, and Mr. Bruno also escorted us from the hospital to Palidoro station.

I spent the night at this hotel the night before a small shelter for my baby. Already at the entrance the cleanliness left much to be desired and in the room the smell was much more like the autogrill bathrooms than a b&b room. Small and narrow spaces, cockroaches at the foot of the bed, crusted toilet, smell of sewage, blankets and stained sheets and the entire wall above the bed's head covered with a horrible thick layer of dust. In the face of Covid.

An Experience to Be Forgotten

I strongly recommend this B&B because the willingness, kindness and sensitivity of Barbara and Bruno goes beyond all expectations. I was there for the first time in May and I was truly amazed at their unusual way of doing things given the availability. In September due to my son's illness I had to return to the Child Jesus Parish Headquarters and I did not hesitate to contact them again and stay overnight with them. My solo travel with my son which at first was a problem for the various movements, since I met two angels like Barbara and Bruno is no longer.

More than recommended

We stayed here for three nights, my wife and the girls. We were really happy with the structure of the b&b and the furnishing of the rooms and the kitchen. I voted 10 for the cleaning. And most importantly the great availability and kindness of the owners.
