What an absolutely amazing, awesome, wonderful, stunning and excellent family run b&b !!!! The decor is superb, clean and beautiful! 
If you are looking for a typical tuscan place to stay, this is IT!  Not far from the busy Firenze streets yet close enough by quick bus ride! The absolutely phenomenal Linda is the perfect host!! Friendly,  fun and so so helpful 
Linda, we cannot thank you enough for your warmth, fun personality and we cannot rave enough about you and your beautiful B&B.
We love Firenze and adore Al Canto and this will be our only choice of stay when we come again!

SUPERB ALL ROUND

Highly reccomended place to stay in Firenzi. Rooms are really confortable and very clean, owner Linda is very friendly and helpful with the tour reccomendations. Bus stop and train station are literally 5 minutes away which makes your life easier. My wife and I had an amazing time at Al Canto and the Tuscany. 

Amazing experience

We were greeted by the owner who was very kind, the place looks really nice and to be at home. The room is very clean, spacious with everything necessary, slippers for the room and mosquito plates.

How to be at home

We from Caserta and friends from Milan met in Florence. At the B&B Al Canto we were wonderful. The structure is wonderful, Linda and her children make you feel at home. They are very kind. The location is strategic to visit the beautiful Florence. I highly recommend it.

A weekend of friendship

We stayed only one night in this b&b that has been able to meet our existence to spend the right and have a good location to then reach the Tuscany Hall very nice staff is kind location weird and cozy mixing vintage particulars has less sought-after details our room overlooking the inner garden and I have to say very quiet private bathroom with window and good breakfast even if not exaggerated all in all we found ourselves well from there a few hundred meters you can find the bus stops that come directly to the center of Florence so you don't have to move the car with line 14 you get to the center in exactly 20 minutes

Relax simplicity a little place for us

Al Canto is a fabulous restored 14th century home.  The rooms are large, centered around a lovely enclosed courtyard, beautifully painted and decorated in soft but dense colors, super well-maintained, light, and so quiet and comfortable. There is nothing ancient about the facility except it’s structure,  The neighborhood is non-touristy, offers bakeries, cafes, bars, and good restaurants.  It is steps away from the Arno and a very pleasant 10 minute direct bus ride to all the city sites. One feels like they’re living in Firenze rather than just visiting.

And there are no words to describe the owner, Linda.  She’s brilliant, charming, funny, helpful, and, as a result of her academic and professional background, an expert on Italian  art and history.  She’s the perfect owner of a B&B…fully available but never fussing or overbearing.  She knows the city well and can answer all your questions and provide advice as needed.  She’s absolutely wonderful in every way.  I cannot imagine a better B&B experience.

Extraordinary B&B with an even more extraordinary host

Al Canto is immediately well presented thanks to the warm welcome of the owner's son, warmth combined with an effective professionalism for which the check-in is fast and rich in information. The structure is fascinating, the result of a nice recovery of a historic building, of which the structures have been maintained, with a strong point in the lawn covering the interior space, dotted with tables and chairs for relaxation. The room is spacious, very clean, the bed very comfortable (and with wifi is free), and overlooks the lawn just mentioned.

What a wonderful experience in Florence

They offered us ice cream, nice construction, old rustic, convenient to go downtown, speak English, air conditioning, information.

That's great.

The owner is always very kind and available, recommended to everyone, if I had to go back to Florence I would stay here again!!

We happened to be in this B&B after a breakdown, and they responded to us very kindly, despite the late evening hours, and they treated us well, and they were very nice, and there's something special about the place that brings out the positivity.
