Excellent cleanliness and a comfortable bed. A spacious and well-equipped bathroom. Strategic location for the proximity to the station. Friendly and very available staff. Acceptable breakfast. Very clean environments. The only regrettable note is the lack of air conditioning, replaced by the ceiling fan.

We picked this place to stop by during our round trip from Naples. The gentleman who greeted us early in the morning was very kind and offered us breakfast. The second night we arrived at midnight because of traffic and we were greeted by a very kind guy who waited patiently for us.

Kindness and cleanliness!

I spent one night in this place that I have difficulty defining as a hotel. We found the dirty room with dust on the bed, the very hard and uncomfortable bed. It was a nightmare, between the crap coming from the hallway and the discomfort of the bed. The next morning's breakfast was bad to say the least, and when we made the receptionist notice the misconduct, she responded to us in a bad way and with tones that shouldn't belong to a person who works in the hospitality field.

I had booked a room in this place 10/12 days before the day of arrival. Poor booking management

We stopped for one night, everything worked out, we moved in quickly, we parked the car at the hotel entrance, there was a place, a train station, 10 minutes walk, easy to get to the center, there was no problem with the wifi, I caught well, I didn't eat breakfast.

I can't say anything special or bad.

Very nice staff, very available, a little dated structure, but the rooms are neat and very clean, plenty of bathroom accessories, nothing was missing, noisy neighbourhoods and a staple breakfast, great for short stays without too much pretence.

Above and beyond expectations

I stayed at this hotel for two days, with my husband, on the occasion of the marshal's oath. From the outside it may give a negative impression, but when I entered the reception I found a very kind and willing girl who also serves breakfast (very simple) but impeccably. The essential room is much cleaner than three-star hotels. We thought we would be uncomfortable for central Florence but the station is very close and there are trains every 10 minutes.
