I recently stayed at NIL Hotel for official trip. It was a rather disappointing experience. The lack of basic amenities left me quite frustrated.
First and foremost, there is NO tea/coffee making arrangement in room. Upon request for electric kettle, they respond "we do not have any".
One plug point in room on other side of bed. 
No shower gel, conditioner or body lotion in bathroom.
No drawer in the room.
No water bottle, even on first day. They are keeping 4 water bottle in small fridge, costing 2.5 euro each (half liter). 
There was no office chair or table to work, just small space next to TV.
Walls are too thin, that you can get noise from neighboring room even if they speak softly. Toilet flush sound at night is really irritating. 
Very limited breakfast option. NOT AT ALL 4 start standard.
This hotel is outside city, nearest public transport is bus, which is about to 650 meters from hotel. Nearest tram station is around one KM.

They claim to have 4 stars but the hotel welcomes you with a smell of eggs that in the hallway turns into a smell of a kind of disinfectant. Hotel by large groups, furnished modestly, without thorns near the dressing rooms. In the bathroom there is barely the bathtub and the cupboard (for the rest ask at the reception). Disastrous breakfast; bad coffee, poor sweets and, strict staff who claims that, in order not to occupy tables fitted for groups, you have to sit in places already used, stained and not equipped

The staff at this hotel are arrogant and rude (read the other reviews and the staff replies. Unbelievable arrogance!). They treated us like second rate guests and were even told to use the “freight elevator” when coming down with our very expensive road bikes one morning for a quick bike ride. After being told we would not be allowed back in our rooms with our very clean personal road bikes that we travel with all over the world, we promptly checked-out and found another hotel close by that treated us with respect. STAY AWAY FROM NIL HOTEL! The worst experience I've ever had in 50-years of traveling around the globe!

Arrogante and Disrespectful Staff in a Prison-like Atmosphere – STAY AWAY!

Located about 500 meters from the new Palace of Justice, the hotel, completely fenced, has a large parking lot. We found the exterior and interior spaces clean and the courteous and professional staff. The allocated room is sufficiently spacious and with a comfortable mattress. Bathroom with sink but very narrow spaces that make it difficult to use the bidet.

Structure well maintained

If you come to Florence by car, this is what you need: it is easy to find when you arrive from the north and above all it has a huge parking lot as well as a free underground garage. As a result, you can not fail to find parking even when you arrive late. The staff is discreet and efficient. The common areas are large and the two rooms are very comfortable and large. The sixth floor was also very quiet. The best way to get to Florence is to walk to the Riff Firm train station at the Firm.

Bad Service on the restaurant, no one to serve, only serves known person, we left without eating after 45 minutes of waiting. and the hotel does not have restaurant room service. Reasonable Gym, don’t expect to much about the room but it’s ok.

It's a great business hotel a step from the centre of Florence, spacious rooms and extremely clean top services from the gym to the pool, breakfast with plenty of choice.

I've become a regular customer

Clean, efficient hotel with a good breakfast. The staff is available to provide any information you need. Large, well-maintained car park that makes a good impression as soon as you enter. The rooms and bathroom are very large. The four stars are all worth it. Recommended

They requested E14 pp to use the pool.! I couldn’t find it in their website where they inform clients of this beforehand. Not a facility a 4 star hotel has for their clients as complimentary. Ridiculous. 
Too far away from centre. No gel/shower in bathroom, even a 3 star Holiday Inn  has these facilities or a Premier Inn chain. Would not recommend this hotel. £254 and not the facilities for a 4star hotel. Hotel needs to have 2 stars removed.  

Not value for money - pool is at a charge and not complimentary for guests

Very large, clean, friendly and available staff. I have intolerance issues and at both dinner and breakfast I was able to choose what to eat without any problems.
