The owners are very kind but they should review the concept of the farm. It is good to be immersed in the countryside but not in those conditions it is all very neglected tools abandoned everywhere fatiguing plants in the evening there is no lighting so there is so much to do.

Exaggerated price

One night's stay with a friend on a motorcycle trip. The host, Piero, kindly welcomed us at 8pm, we booked by phone 30 minutes early. Clean room and homemade breakfast, you really feel like you're being hosted at someone's house. You can see that Mr. Piero really does it with his heart.

At Piero's house

The old farmhouse is beautiful in itself but unfortunately very neglected especially outside. The room where we stayed was very clean, soft towels and scented sheets, but I would have avoided some elements like rusty electric plates. The gentlemen who run the farmhouse are fantastic and hearty, they immediately welcomed us into the house offering us wine, very good!! The breakfast was very pleasant. We found all the guests in the kitchen of the owners and we spent an hour chatting more and less as if we were in our own home. The food was also very good.

Improved but feasible

We entered this farmhouse for 5 days to visit Florence. We booked by way of Booking. The environment is very cozy for family driving and the farmhouse is located in a very quiet place and far from the casino of the city, great for those looking for a little peace after a day in the foothills of Florence. It is 15 minutes from the center of Florence, conveniently reachable by car, in any case the stop for public transport is 10 minutes on foot. The room is very rustic with almost antique pieces that make you go back in time however very clean. The owners are very cordial and cozy, with whom to chat. The first breakfast, family-price, is also magnificent: products grown and cooked by the small family with the possibility of making sweet caramel and sausage in the car. It seems to be very familiar with all the apples and apples, but all are made with fresh and sweet potatoes.

As a family

Apartment is very rustic but clean! Good quality price ratio provided you are not too tattoo on the outdated furniture. The sympathy of the owners allows you to forget these details.

A pleasant stay, a very friendly reception and a home and generous breakfast.

I'm hired by Booking, all positive reviews, 4 stars and 85 euros per room... what do I find? two elderly people welcoming me to their home. old house in the 50s with a marble sink, zero cleaning and no services... the parking lot? a lawn closed by an automatic gate from which you can only enter... breakfast in the kitchen of the two gentlemen... all this could also go away but not for 85 euros, with the same figure I go to a 4 star luxury house!!!

They stopped time.

Familial behavior, fine, but when it's too much, it's too much! Rooms that smell old, difficulty explaining, advice on where to eat unacceptable! Not enough heating, vintage bathroom. A real sadness. Another sad note: we're asking for advice about eating around, the manager recommends a nearby pizzeria: the Arno ship. A shame. Now, this is part of the service: a good advice.

Costly in relation to service

I slept 5 days in the farmhouse. It was a working living room. I arrive at 10 pm at night and the owner welcomes me without a shirt with trousers and slippers (which to me does not cause anything, but we are outside of any normal guest reception...); he places me in a room: no TV, freezer unplugged, Wi-Fi connection almost absent (and I needed the connection to work...). After some things my complaints make me change rooms (with TV and good Wi-Fi signal, but with freezers unplugged. There is no reception, a common room; the structure is an old country house (inhabited by the owners among others), with the old captains/deance/rehabited rooms in their vacation area, in the middle of a real hospital/details area, maybe even if I am a good person/details, the room is a good place to eat.

Price too high for the service offered

Pleasant surprise, it seems to be taking a leap back in time, to a culture that is disappearing. Very friendly and welcoming managers, excellent and abundant collection and all homemade, I highly recommend it.

A pleasant stay

It's a very small farmhouse run by a nice couple of elderly people from a rural culture that is unfortunately disappearing. It could cost you 20 euros less, but you won't regret leaving them behind.
