I stayed in this facility near the Careggi Hospital for five nights. A MEZZO INCUBO. There were several times problems because there was a lack of hot water, but the owner instead of being sorry and kind to us guests, even though every time she came after we called her and restarted the boiler, solving the problem momentarily, she took a hostile attitude almost as if it was our fault saying that if things didn't go well so we could find another facility. Very dusty spaces, the bathroom has ridiculous dimensions that you have to sit down to be able to live with your guests, because in front of the space is not enough. Breakfast is not enough.

DanyHouseDue I booked an apartment and to my great surprise it was just a small place that felt locked from 4.5m by 6.5m without any windows or any ventilation which serves as bedroom, SDB and kitchen and whose exit gives directly to a depot of old broken bikes and on the sidewalk a kitchen plate locked in a cabinet as a kitchen escape hat without smoke or kitchen smell so unusable under penalty of seeing the whole room smoked for the day with a temperature of over 36° but the TV ran out of it all just to see a car and it didn't really work out, I spent the whole day at the hotel without arriving at a place and then kindly accompanied by the booking but I didn't accept any of the photos that were published in the booking room for the day without the booking of my booking, but I did not accept any of the photos that were published in the booking room for the first day, and I did not really know what to do with the fact that I was not really able to get back to the hotel and then I didn't have anything to say, except that I had a full day at the hotel

Nice pictures published, but what a hoax!

A very convenient location for the hospital and university area, we used it one night for the pediatrician Meyer (reachable in five minutes by car, or by bus and wanting to walk too). Gentle and available manager, accommodation in an apartment, large and clean, located in an inner courtyard of a building, where there is a car park, with parking possibility.

Booked and confirmed accommodation in a double room with 4/5 beds. Offered discounted rate as it was a 6-day stay, on arrival placed in a single room with a strong smell of mold, walls partly scratched by the effect of moisture and mold. This single room, with cooking corner and double bed, seemed to me derived from a former garage. A large glass door served as the entrance door, a single window upstairs and a tiny bathroom without window. Finally not only did the manager not comply with what was stipulated but also requested an addition to the agreed figure, since it was a room with my parents in view of receiving hospital care, being now closed in the afternoon, we stayed in a single room one night and so I am forced to look for a new dispatch with Marco.

Unreliable manager not professional.

Looking for a place to stay for a decade after a visit to Careggi Hospital, we opted for dany house 2 in a guided banti road..a few steps from Careggi Hospital..First point please, the proximity to the hospital area.We chose the ground floor apartment as it needed a quiet place.Nothing was missing, very nice and functional, very efficient air conditioning, timely change of clothes, satellite TV and above all the kindness of Mrs. Daniela, always available at any request.

Good value for money

They didn't fulfill their commitments, they lied, they didn't give us a written quote, the fact that they rented a room that was meant for us, and therefore they didn't fulfill their commitments, created serious personal problems for us.

Bad report, liars

We've been three nights very wet without heating the lady hides the remote control of the air conditioner walls very cold cleaning negative we found the hair in the sheets in three days never washed... I absolutely do not recommend that my mother operated in the hospital and Cia said if you feel cold put on the double blanket

I can't speak very well about this B&B but not so badly It is located inside a small park with access to an automatic gate where inside there is a mechanic and I think a plumber where she has a small office. Mrs. Daniela is a very good person..always ready to meet your needs, I stayed there for 3 weeks.. on time every Friday and every 3 days we changed the dryers but the last week as you left after 2 days I don't know how you forgot to do the cleaning and the changing of the towels. To improve a cleaning with the cleaners because quickly and thoroughly the walls because there are all the mosquitoes crushed. Another thing outside the front door of the house is that there is a smell of painting definitely coming from the front door and a few people in the front door say that it was normal.
