It's a real shame that the management of the venue isn't the best, but there's the fact that it's very cheap. It has a large green space and from the rooms you can see a nice panorama. Only the furnishing of the rooms is fatiguing as well as the restaurant. I don't know if it's because of the covid and therefore the low bookings, but the structure looks very abandoned and there's no restaurant planned, even though looking at it looked like an old farmhouse. Both for the space and the location it would deserve better management, it could become a really attractive place, but currently it looks like, as you see in some movies, a ghost-infested house.

Nobody welcomed us, the street was dirty, the structure was behind a cemetery. Poorly cared for, pets who walked in while we were shown the room, poor and poor breakfast. Very little cleanliness and very little availability, I chose this facility only because it was the only one available and I absolutely needed it! (It was better to sleep in the car!)

This is a nightmare!

I stayed here for two nights, the structure is to be renovated from the top to the bottom from the sign outside on the street. The lady is nice (only positive note). The rooms are cozy but lack heat (sounds cold). The view is wonderful but if you don't have the car you are lost.

We stayed in this b&b as a couple last night... for charity, the place, the view, the garden and the room, I have to point out two things: 1) breakfast served in a kind of cold veranda two meters by two meters 2) frogs and insects on the windowsill and the cat that was spinning everywhere... if it was better taken care of, it would really be a jewel, but so I can't recommend it... I'm so sorry!!!

Villa used for B&B and art courses and exhibitions. If it were well kept it would probably be very beautiful. The garden is in a state of decay. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and with some obvious lack (in our broken table lamp and shaky trash cup), but spacious. The lady is very nice. The quality/price ratio at the end is discreet.

It's a little weird, but it's okay.

I've been to this villa in Guidonia for a party, the perfect place to spend nights with birthdays, graduation, and so on.

We stayed two nights to visit the Adriatic villa and the East villa in the nearby Tivoli, the place is quite clean and the room spacious although a bit strange as an environment, the garden is in a state of abandoned seeds, but overall positive.

Strategic policy

Very quiet place with an extraordinary and amazing view on Tiburtino and Rome.

The location is at the end of a styreet with only this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and nice. Possibility to have supper for a cheap price.

Excellent wines.

Breakfast is the italian way!

Very interesting for those who want to visit Rome. You take the car to Guidonbia station where you can take the train to Roma Termini or Tiburtina and in 15 minutes you are in Rome without park problems!
