The MOTEL was in the process of being restored. There was no fire alarm installed, the yard had pigeon feathers with feces attached, in the furniture and behind there were 3cm. of dust. The heating vent was noisy, the rooms were empty and you could change them at your pleasure since all the cards open all the doors so privacy and security were zero. Mr. Agostino, a great worker, in the reception there is never (maintenant or responsible) a very impatient person, unsociable but very rude.

To be Avoided

I stayed in a group for one night in this motel that was going to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch. The interiors are unadorned, unhygienic. Everything looks old with very little cleaning care. The bathroom without windows and no ventilation system. The food is of poor quality.

The nightmarish motel

Bad choice, completely refurbished structure... I can't tell you how it's still open to the public... paying to stay in the shit... coupled single beds, very old air conditioners like historical artifacts, old-fashioned TV where you can only see three channels, ants in the bathroom, losing shower, stuffed bidet...

Not recommended

The restaurant is open to everyone, including lunch, with excellent cuisine and quality ratio, with a price of ten plus. Friendliness, hospitality and impeccable staff.

I've come here to meet friends, good service and excellent cleanliness, an excellent location to access many tourist areas like Tivoli, Villa Adriana and also well connected to Rome.

We've been to this motel, and I have to say we've been very good. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean.

Good experience

Nice rooms, nice food, nice localization. Nothing special, but it's enough for a 3-day stay. Showers are a bit too small, service could be more elegant and prices lower, but there're no serious problems.

The bathroom is so small, but it contains a large supermarket. The interior of the hotel is 100 years old and it was still used by ancient Roman rulers. The renovation was clearly not completed for more than 10 years. The bathroom looks nice, the bathroom is already being opened/closed with great difficulty and not to the end.
