Beautiful villa with well-maintained park, swimming pool overlooking the sea and private indoor parking. well-maintained apartment, comfortable bed, unique displeasure bathroom with small shower but above all bad smell, I believe from the sewers.

It's a great location.

Hotel with a nice view of the port of Imperia. Ideal for families. Vintage but clean rooms, very nice swimming pool. The staff are very hospitable and speak French.

Pleasant stay at home

Unfortunately, I am writing this review not based on my stay in the facility, but I would like to tell you our experience anyway... after booking for one night, during the trip we find traffic, cause road work, to reach the facility.

We didn't even get there.

Really enjoyed staying at Villa Marina. We had a studio apartment for 7 nights at the back of the house which was quite large and on split levels with a little kitchenette. It was very simple but completely adequate and the air conditioning / fan worked really well. 

The staff are friendly as well as the couple who run the little restaurant / bar next to be pool. If you're going have dinner there - the food is delicious. The pool was lovely to lounge by and most guests ended up in the bar in the evening and everyone was really friendly. 

The hotel is well position between the old town and new town so you can walk to either easily in 15 mins (it's not as far as it looks!). Plenty of car parking for those who drive and there was large 24-hour supermarket 10 mins walk away if you plan on doing some cooking. 

The only downside is the internet which was basically non-existent / very slow, but aside from that I would highly recommend as lovely chilled getaway.

Lovely relaxing stay

The accommodation is very beautiful. You can see the sea from a distance and the Marina of Imperia. The local team is very nice. The accommodation is a modern furnished and maintained villa. The apartments are well equipped with dishes and pots if you want to cook yourself. The air conditioning is modern and ventilator. The negative is that there is no beautiful sandy beach nearby but nevertheless St.Stefano is not that far away by car. The sea is super and very clean! In the high summer it is not recommended for us to have many cars and mopeds. We do not have parking lots for cars on the beaches. We have also felt the lovely kind of backyard in the villa and also very much in the cafe. Tennis pitch is also very nice thanks to the person who wants to give a good house. Thanks to Carobi.

It's a beautiful villa.

With my husband and daughter we have returned to this Residence on vacation this summer: it always confirms a splendid place! The courtesy and attention of the staff are to say nothing exceptional: always professional, present and available! The bar/restaurant in the garden confirms itself to be one of the best in the area: lunch with delicious focacci made at home with all possible fillings and dinners based on pasta, meat or fish of excellent quality (tested and approved even by our three-year-old girl!!).

It's definitely a dream vacation!

I stayed in this Residence with my family for the last few days of August. The villa is immersed in a beautiful park with a beautiful view of the harbour. The area is quiet and there is parking inside. The harbour and the beaches can be reached on foot with a pleasant 10 minute walk (very feasible with passenger and 3-year-old girl on foot). Everything very nice, unfortunate that it is managed by people, in our opinion, unkind and kind. We had a disguise, we had booked through their website a bilocale with certain services written both in the description on the internet and on the booking page. Unfortunate that we find ourselves at our destination everything else from what was written on the back of the door to what was written on the back of the door to which we were writing on the back of the door, so we must not talk about things, in our opinion, unfriendly and kind. Kindness has an extra cost

We can't confirm the good reviews here. We were 4 adults and 1 child, we booked the apartment with 2 bedrooms for 5 people. The so-called 2nd bedroom was a corner cut off with a curtain without its own window, the bathroom was so small that you can hardly sit on the toilet and the door to the bathroom is right in the small kitchen line. The stairs to the 2nd bedroom were very steep and very hot due to the location in the attic. Only a small fan. Everything there was old, no air conditioning, the shower sheets were thin sheets, the stairs to the entrance to the apartment were steep and there was no mention of it. The swimming pool itself is older - the view was a highlight, however. The location of the house itself is also good.

Small, old, uncared for

A beautiful hotel for a short stay. A bit overpriced since it does not include breakfast but it can be bought for 9 euros. Our room in the 2.nd floor had 2 rooms and a balcony with a spectacular view to the city. The building is from year 1870 so it is very old and pretty. Hotel has a super pool with sun beds which was good for kids a well. Restaurant outside had some music in the evening but it was not loud. Air con was in all the rooms but it could not be controlled and for us it was too cool so we had to turn it off for the night and then it was too hot. It is situated near a buzy road over the city but you can manage to walk to the harbour in 15 or 20min. Be ready to sweat. Hotel has a few parking places and also a tennis court. It would have nice to stay in the pool for couple of days.
