I stayed to go to the waterfalls as the end of the beach holidays. The very kind owner makes you feel the center of attention. Super clean room, as well as the spacious and tastefully furnished bathroom.

It's fabulous.

We stayed two nights in February with two little girls... clean apartment complete with everything necessary with parking... very friendly, kind and always available for any need... optimum for those who want to spend a few days at the relaxation sign

Wow.  What a pleasant surprise.  We've been coming to Saturnia to go to the hot springs for several years now, and have always stayed at one or another of the other hotels in the area.  This year everywhere was booked, so I scouted around and found Tellus Hotel.  We couldn't be happier here, and the experience is a grand improvement on the other establishments.  This will be our Saturnia hotel for future visits, for sure.  Okay, it's not luxurious in the classical sense, but boy, is it clean and comfortable, and right in the center of this little town.  The owner is charming, the parking is superb, the WiFi is great, the shower water is hot and abundant, and all of the fixtures work perfectly.  These are all features that experienced Saturnia travelers know one can not take for granted around here.   A++!  They could double the price and we'd still stay here.

A Hidden Gem

We arrive in Saturnia in three in the booking phase we had opted for the mini apartment. On our arrival we realize that the solution is excellent. It is a mini apartment on the second floor, with two bedrooms, a nice big bathroom and kitchen with everything that needs functioning and new appraisal. The mini apartment is clean, in order and each room has a TV, it is also equipped with two adjacent balconies. It is located in the center and it is equipped with a comfortable reserved parking lot. The breakfast is very good and varied. The structure is well soundproofed and rests. Monica is a very nice director, who at the request of good doctors well. The bathrooms are a few kilometers away.

Valid Selection

Hotel located in the very centre of Saturnia a few kilometers away from the waterfalls of the mill. (5 minutes by car) Although there would be small improving aspects however I express maximum judgement for the comfort of the solution but above all for the availability and kindness of the owner who runs it. Noteworthy is the parking reserved for the hotel's customers which allows for easy loading/unloading of luggage with considerable time recovery. Also, the room that has been allocated to us has the environments fully corresponding to the photos posted. There must be real mini apartments from kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with all the necessary comforts (TV, air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, etc.).

My highest judgment is why...

We were in this hotel a few days ago because the b&b we had booked went overbooked and on arrival they told us they would have us stay in another hotel...and I have to say it went very well. The rooms are actually apartments I think 60-70 square meters...we had two double bedrooms, a very large bathroom and a kitchen (not working and without dishes because in reality it's a hotel) and a sofa. Everything is very clean. The hotel is in the middle, practically next to our favorite restaurant in Saturnia, Mario. There is also a free parking for about 8 cars.

Good hotel.

We stayed one Saturday night, visiting the spas of Saturnia. A quiet, clean hotel, hotel owner. Private parking and breakfast varies. The village is small and the hotel is in the center.

Very good.

This year I stayed with my sister in March and September at the Tellus Hotel. The first time a week...the second 15 days. This delicious structure is located in the center of Saturnia, very convenient to be right in the very nice square of the village and a few minutes from the Terme establishment, with which it is agreed, and from the waterfalls of the Mulino. We stayed in one of the elegant apartments, modern, tastefully furnished and very clean, composed of a large kitchen - (complete of dishes, dishes, beers, coffee machine) - large bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms with TV.

A small paradise on Saturn

We stayed in a beautiful apartment consisting of: kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. All the rooms were large and well furnished. The apartment is located on the second floor in a stable without an elevator, although our suitcases, because we only had to spend the weekend, were small. Rich breakfast, clean rooms. Before arriving I had no good expectations of the hostess's friendliness, because having contacted her via email to warn her that we would arrive between 8:00 and 21:00 her answer was not very kind. I must say that I understood her reasons, but the fact that there are ways and ways to respond remains. However, during the day she showed up to provide information about places to exchange, where to eat and some kind chat to see.

It's a nice place.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the elegant, modern and very clean apartments, consisting of a large kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom. The hotel is located in the center of the beautiful village of Saturnia and near the mill spaces that are conveniently reached in a few minutes by car. The owner's reception is sublime always attentive and very willing to give us excellent advice. It made us feel at home in a large family. Not to mention the rich breakfast. We will definitely return to us especially for the quality price ratio.
