If you want to be eaten by mosquitoes here, there's a lot of them in the backyard.

Pizza and mosquitoes

The food was not the best: the pasta was spicy (not risicated), there was a lack of vongole and the tiramisù was served with a plentiful serving and with a certain not very pleasant smell.

It Can Be Improved

I found myself there by chance, on my way back from Arona, attracted by the sign Today's fried cake, a classic pleasant/parmesan dish.

Hotel 2 stars room price for three people 80€ per night. I have tried the pizzeria and unlike other reviews I have to say that while the service was impeccable the pizzas are not to be recommended and precisely: the first packed with pizza pasta with pizzas, rucola, grain and raw is prepared as hot and condensed water without a second cheap passage in a furnace with the resulting taste of beer, while the second one with a very low price of 4€ is also a very low-fume bottle, and the last one with a very low price of 43€ is also a very low-fume.

I finally reevaluated this place that I've known for years but that I haven't been to lately! First of all, it's clean, the pizza is excellent and above all digestible, the food was satisfying, both paella which was great not to mention snacks and dishes, the first spicy dish is different from the usual. The staff is polite, smiling, cordial and very available.

Finally.

We decided to go to this restaurant relatively quickly. We were allowed to pre-dinner an salad Mista, we were allowed to mix the dressing ourselves, and the main course was delicious pizza, which was really perfect! For dessert there was the best tiramisu we had ever eaten! The only downside was that after dinner, no one came to us any more than we wanted to pay. We had to wave/smile several times until someone came to us - but worse!

Delicious food at a fair price

After a day spent yesterday, 17 June 2017, on Lake D'Orta and Lake Maggiore, we decided to stop to eat pizza at this Hotel/Restaurant/Pizzeria, on the landmark in Meina.The waiters welcomed us very well.I hadn't booked one.And they had us sit on the terrace with a partial view of the lake.We ordered the pizzas:I with the fried squid,very good,the squid of excellent quality,not the classic rings,and they still ate the pizza.Mixed fried, mixed with the stiffness,for my baby.A nice plate abundant for a second figure was more optimal than I had booked!The other pizzas were in my favorite form: a sweet, sweet and sour cream, which I said, waiting for my husbands, we had a great deal of room in the middle of the street.

Pizza in the family!

Hotel to run away from. Not welcoming at all. Dirty with sheep under the beds. Moosey black shower. Old-fashioned robinetry as well as a tiny 1980s TV. The most horrible was a suffocating and unbearable heat, pizza oven under the rooms, no air conditioning, no double glazing. Noisy on busy roadside. We were the only guests at the hotel in July!

Hotel to avoid!

Well I start with  'what' because that was the welcome! We got when we went in for a meal.  We should have left at that point  but decided to give them a chance. However it went from bad to worse.  The waitress was intolerant of our understanding of the menu and was even more exasperated when she came with our meals.  The food was awful. Even whilst sitting there eating the waitress was bumping into one of us   We were glad to get out. Needless to say we left no tip and would not return.
