It's a lovely place 5 minutes from Norcia. The very nice structure consists of numerous rooms/monolocal. Clean, furnished with the essentials, more than enough for a couple of nights. We added a supplement of 5€/cad for breakfast, not recommended even though it takes place in a very pleasant and relaxing garden. It consists of packaged products (exclusively sweet), in thermos coffee, warm water, milk.

What a lovely place.

Back from a hike in the mountains at night with friends, we entered the room the heating was off, the room was so cold that it looked like it was inside a freezer, despite this when we went to get the keys in the afternoon we had reminded the staff to turn them on and they told us that they would have access without problems, it is already here we have to figure out who we had to do. We called the staff to solve the heating problem it presents with a presumption and arrogance that as if we had been forced to call it, without apologizing for the fact that he had forgotten to turn them on but just saying that he couldn't turn them on.

Don't leave if you want to come back in a bad mood.

Located in a fraction along the main road leading to Norcia, quiet and quiet location. We stayed in a ground floor apartment with bedroom window in the park, very relaxing and cool even without air conditioning. Rustic and country furniture in line with the structure, gentle and precise owner in the checkin (recommended to notify at least half an hour before arrival via whatsapp). Breakfast with packaged products but for us was not a problem, there was everything we needed.

Quiet location, spacious and rustic apartment

I should have stayed one night, but the owner thought it best to cancel the booking an hour before my arrival (I was already in Norcia), an extremely incorrect practice.

A nice building a few kilometers from Norcia. Room with kitchen and blind bathroom. In the bathroom there was a lack of large light because of the light bulb flashing. Given the place and the name I expected a less artificial breakfast. There was long-term preserved milk, jammed in single portions, packaged brioches. The quantity there was lacking quality.

Located in a fraction of Norcia with a few houses, it is easy to find a quiet, quiet and comfortable atmosphere. A very well-structured and well-built structure offers both normal rooms and mini-apartments with kitchen facilities.

Decentralized but extremely relaxing

We arrived at the facility in the time allowed for check-in, where we were assigned a single room with toilet facilities for the disabled and so the bidet was missing. After noticing this assignment we ask the person who checked us in to have a room with bidet services. The lady tells us that it was the only single room available and that anyway the next day she assigned us another single room with the service we were asking for. At that point we arrange and on time the next day they assign us another single room with the bidet and wc of the size Mignon including the doc that the professor presents a cabin that did not show up, but the cherry on the bed was the bed of an unidentified ALODITY OF THE SONDATE (RPONDATE OF THE CHANGES) She asked for a hotter room with the service we were asking for.

Low attention and disorganization

We stayed in the Old Town in two couples, only for one night but we were given the mini accommodation with two bathrooms, very convenient. The B&B is immersed in the countryside, very close to Norcia and the Castelluccio plain. We found everything clean and orderly. Very friendly and available the owner. Recommended.

Comfortable and well kept

I spent one night at this facility with my partner, and they had a very nice room with a nice portico to rest in, and the facility has several rooms, and it's a shame we couldn't have breakfast because of the virus, as we did with the other facilities in the days that followed.

Good structure

I spent my last holidays here with my boyfriend and I have to say that we both got along very well. The structure is beautiful, in the middle of the green. We were in the tasse room, with cooking corner and we liked it very much. The bed is very comfortable!!!!! Everything well maintained and cared for. Good cleaning. Nice and available staff. I absolutely recommend it!!!!! I think it's a place for everyone and for all tastes.
