Close to railway station and bus station, yet a quiet place. Very nice room, a little small shower cabinet, but clean and ok. The landlord was very polite and helpful. Of course, this is not Hyatt or Sheraton, but cheap and just what I needed, I stayed there for a week.

Nice B&B in the centre of the city.

I was here in July 2022 for a week: super comfortable, very close to the Palermo Central Railway Station, and two steps from the Historic Centre of Palermo which can be reached comfortably on foot. It is located right in Piazza Giulio Cesare, the square opposite the station, in a tall blue building, on the 5th floor but with a dedicated elevator. The building is also supervised and guarded by a kind porter.

For those who want to visit Palermo: very convenient and good quality/price ratio

After my experience with this b&b I would advise travelers to stay well away from it 😡 I had booked two nights stay and on the night I arrived in palermo I spent 45 minutes trying to find this accommodation and when I did I couldn't get in to it I phoned the number on the sign and got an answering service. I informed the accommodation that my time of arrival was between 11.30pm and midnight I arrived at ten minutes past midnight. Because I couldn't gain entry to the accommodation so I had to sit on a wooden bench  outside the train station the whole night until 8am until a porter from the office's in the same building opened up and phoned the owner of the accommodation. I had nothing to eat or drink all night and when I said this to the owner he was not a bit interested and couldn't of cared  less. When he showed me the room it was nothing like what I had booked on booking.com and was filthy with a broken shower door and mould on the walls also the bed linen was not fresh linen and my breakfast that I paid for was two small pieces of bread and a chocolate croissant and one coffee pod and one tea bag for which I had to go out to a hallway to make it. I paid for b&b for two nights and one stayed one night because of not being able to get entry on the first night and only got one breakfast. Please avoid this accommodation at all cost otherwise you will be disappointed and that would be putting it mildly.

Fantastic location .
Very friendly owner or worker who showed us the room his name was Alfonso.  Room was very clean and lovely . We had a nice balcony. Bathroom had all we needed.  Alfonso left us a Covid-19 breakfast in the room for the morning which was good as we were leaving early in the morning . 2 minutes walk from the train and central bus stations.  Bed was very comfy and the furnishings were lovely . 
There is a lovely Italian restaurant 2 mins walk from the apartment as well a Trattoria which is lovely .

Fantastic value

Very centrally position a minute away from train station.  Although very near the train station it is very quiet and clean.  The only problem in the room was that the door of the shower was very narrow.

Comfortable stay

We contacted after a Google search and the pictures were very nice, but actually we ended up in a condo in an unrecommended area! Breakfast was ok the bathrooms zero cleaning mediocre dirty terrace taken around believing we were staying where it says on Google Do not go back

Not recommended

The Bed and Breackast Palermo Centre is located in a perfect location both for those arriving from the train station but also for those who want to visit the beautiful historic center of Palermo. In 10 minutes on foot you are at the four cantes and the various restaurants in the area! The hospitality of Alessandra and Alfonso was fantastic, not to mention the fresh cornetts carried every morning and enjoyed on the terrace overlooking Piazza Giulio Cesare! A real chicca that makes you start the day in the best way!:-D

Excellent B&B located within walking distance of the city centre

Perfect for those who have to take a train or bus to the airport. Beautiful rooms with all the comforts. Mr. Alfonso is a delicious person. When I arrived he handed me a map and recommended what to visit and the restaurants to try. Breakfast abundant: slices of biscuits, nutella, jam, biscuits, cereals. There is the possibility of drinking coffee, the, teasane, milk at all hours. In the morning there is also a very fresh brioche. Great service. Dismiss the negative comments.

It's perfect.

Not knowing Palermo our choice fell on this B&B that I strongly disapprove of. I don't know how Tripadvisor did to award it in 2014. A shame. Our room was inside an apartment where the character's mother lives who rented us the room on the 5th floor of a condominium in a messy and dangerous area.

Highly recommended.

I stayed here one night. The room and bathroom are very clean, breakfast is abundant. The area is close to the central station so it's convenient to take the various means, to go to the center and to get around by train. The only drawback is that from the outside it's not publicised at all, in fact I had to call because I was practically lost to get there. In the area there is practically everything to eat or go to drink something around.
