Although short, great accommodation, always available and friendly, room and bathroom always tidy and clean, central area and high comfort, nothing to dispute, fair price and worth it, recommended

It's a great stay.

The B&B is in modern style and the fact that it is a recent development is immediately felt. The rooms are spacious and the managers who are also the owners of the house are cordial and available.

Modern and Distinguished

The cleanliness and kindness of the owner are the strengths of this b&b. Not least is the private indoor open car park included. The kitchen, understood as a room, is always available, so you can consume what you want when you want not necessarily at breakfast.

Highly recommended

B&B very nice, comfortable & clean! Well furnished, with very large rooms, car park guarded and a nice kitchen where you can have breakfast in the morning. Now it is rare to be able to do this, because almost all B&Bs leave with consumption at the bar and so on. The only sin, is the bathroom outside the room, but cmq is private! I had already been in Palermo for a new year, staying in another place, I was dissatisfied, old and dirty! Next visit to Palermo I will definitely return to ALBA SUB TETTI🤗🤗

The property is on the 11th floor of a building presumably from the 1970s, well maintained, clean and in a very quiet enclosure protected by the outer gate. It is a generous apartment, about 180 square meters, with a large living room, very spacious rooms compared to the current average of today's b&b, air conditioners and a large, comfortable and panoramic balcony that runs along the entire apartment. Breakfast is good and varied, with various packaged products (as permitted by law).

The best service, the cleanest B&B, located in the center city of Palermo, the friendliest owner/manager Mateo.  He made us feel at home.  Che posto stupendo! Grazie Mateo! We will certainly be back with pleasure!

Alba sui tetti is The perfect gem in the center of Palermo, Italy

We were welcomed and were able to park our car behind the private road secured by an electric gate. So the car was already safe. The B&B is located in a high-rise building and therefore offers a great view over the large balcony. The room was spacious and especially the adjacent balcony was great for sun refueling. However, the curtains are too low for my taste at such a height. The bathroom is outside the room, but we could use it exclusively. The breakfast was fine for Italian conditions, but could be of higher quality. The small butter cubes that lay on the buffet every day were some minutes long above the MHD. Bushaltest stations are towards the interior. You need about 5 feet to lift and park.
