We spent 5 days in this beautiful and comfortable Guest House. It is located in a quiet side street of Via Vittorio Emanuele, pedestrian street, very close to the cathedral of the 4 cantons and the Pretoria fountain. Very original style and tastefully furnished apartment. Equipped with a modern kitchen with everything necessary including a microwave. The spacious bathroom with shower cabin dries hair soaps etc. Air conditioned, ceiling fan in the spacious room that has a small terrace and a large TV. We were all very kind and available for sure.

I'm going to be a guest house.

We stayed for one night while visiting a friend in Palermo and this place came highly recommended by her for a good reason. The room we had was very spacious. Staff was incredibly friendly and the beds were a dream. It's located in a quiet side street just off the main road in the centre of town and restaurant next door was also a wonderful place to have dinner and enjoy the atmosphere.

In the heart of the historic center, welcomed by the very nice Za Za, we stayed only one night (the last before returning home).

It is located in an old palace in Palermo that overlooks a small square, a few steps from the very central and beautiful Via Maqueda with its magnificent churches. It is also close to the station. Historic district of Palermo. Very comfortable, clean and quiet room, equipped with a kitchen and bathroom with shower. The staff is friendly and available for any needs. We found ourselves very well and will return.

Good accommodation

The available staff that makes the traveler comfortable thanks to a very intimate environment. Very clean and very well furnished rooms, I had a great stay. I recommend it to all travelers.

Great room and great staff.

What a delightful place.  We spent two nights in this beautiful old building, which is steeped in history & surrounds a small square off a tiny street in the maze of cobbled backstreets that make up the old part of Palermo.   It is ideally located within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions in Palermo as well as plenty of restaurants and shops.  The apartment is tastefully decorated in modern style and both the large double bedroom and living room have their own Juliette balconies overlooking the square.  The small kitchenette is well equipped and the bathroom was luxurious.  No bath, but a very large walk in shower which was almost as large as a wet room.  Zaza, the housekeeper, was amazing.  Always on hand to help out, nothing too much trouble.  Travelling with a friend, we took turns sleeping in the bedroom and on the sofa bed in the living room, which was extremely comfy.  

My only warning is that it was a nightmare to find.   Your SatNav (if it’s anything like ours) tried to take us down streets that were literally only two inches wider than our car and not wide enough to turn left or right into other streets.  We spent an hour reversing and 10 point turning in tiny lanes.  The address given on booking.com was Piazzetta Pietro Speciale 9, which you will not find on a SatNav or Google Maps.  If you Google the location before travelling you should search for Via Giuseppe Mario Puglia  and beware of all one way streets leading to the apartment.  It’s actually very straightforward if you don’t follow the SatNav!  I can’t recommend this place enough because it gave us a real taste of Palermo living.  It was worth the search.  (Make sure you have cash to pay – credit cards not accepted)

Ideal location

We only stayed for two nights but wish it had been longer. The guest house is in a stunning building and the rooms have high ceilings, large bedrooms, little kitchens. Gloria is a fantastic host, very attentive and friendly. 

The location couldn't be better - it's about a 5 minute walk to all of the stunning buildings and points of interest. The local restaurants are great. We went to nearby I Cucci which is set in a lovely piazza and does excellent food.

This is an apartment that has been renovated and divided into various monolocals. Nice spacious room with shovel, living room with air conditioning and cooking area, nice bathroom great sin that the discharges were slow no window.Zaza that welcomed us was very kind. The area is central but rather poorly maintained even though in three minutes you are in Victory road Emanuele near the cathedral. We went by car but the council we were lucky to find parking in front of the house because there are few free parking.É zone ZTL on Sundays does not work in a tobacco shop you buy the daily ticket at € 5.

Holidays

The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The bedding is very good. I recommend taking the apartment that overlooks the inner courtyard because it is very quiet. Zaza and Gloria are absolutely at your service and give you a lot of very useful little tips. I take this opportunity to thank them again for all their little attention. If you come by car note that parking near the apartment is quite complicated. Finally, the Piazza Bologni nearby will offer you a choice of very good restaurants with a very friendly atmosphere especially in the evening.
