And we came back and as always when the formula of cordiality, kindness sympathy great dishes this is the Costa family or the brothers Marco and Matteo and also help in the special case our daughter Anna had an accident and also thanks to the staff that all together were close as a family Thank you all.

Good evening I usually never do reviews but this hotel is really to be discouraged as I spent a few days in August in this really very dirty old and untreated structure degradation in any environment very old waterproof furnishings with awkward Aqcua not to mention the pool and the playroom.

Don 't go

Small rooms, old furnishings, dated furniture as well as bathroom and sanitary facilities. Discrete dining, low-quality breakfast with packaged sweets, poor choice of salumi and typical cheeses as usually found instead in mountain hotel facilities.

Improved

We had a great time at the Snowflake Chalet, a very special welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent kitchen (rich breakfast and dinners with simple but really well-made dishes) clean and functional rooms, small play area for children/boys, friendly and friendly staff.

How lucky we were to be there!

Super friendly and available staff, local food, very nice even the private spa, the facility is also very close to the facilities.

A great stay.

Three stars are a little short, but the fourth one doesn't come. The host is warm and friendly. The room is small but everything is in the right place. I sleep very well in the quiet of the Fiocco.

We arrive at a parking lot with a good number of car seats.... welcoming reception furnished just like a caa of mountain in pearl and light wood furniture...warm welcome you feel right away in the family - after the reception comes he Marco the owner smiling and joking always ready.....the family vacation has begun! Not so large but equipped rooms with everything you need - closets with so many appendages something not negligible - beds with very comfortable mattresses and warm and wrapped feathers - new - cleaning to the top - heat to be modulated to enjoy wi-fi with good reception even for those like me who have to do some work on holiday Kitchen - excellent family breakfast with freshly planted pastures - sweet and where everything is made sweet and sweet - everything is made sweet in the evening - everything is in the kitchen and all the food in the bathroom - everything is attached to the menu by the teacher and the teacher in the first place - all the food in the mountains and then all the food in the living room - all the food in the living room is provided for the first time.

Week of relaxation after Christmas

My family and I spent our white week here. The hotel is clean, we had a very spacious four-bedroom with no carpet, simple and non-fat kitchen, good breakfast. Gentle staff including the owners. The location of the hotel is close to the lifting plants and you can walk to the center of Pinzolo. Overall we had a great white week.

small, well-kept and welcoming, staff very present and available. Great breakfasts, great dinners, well prepared and served with kindness and warmth.

Welcome as at home but quality services

We stayed at the snowflake last week of August. Hotel in excellent position, near the driveway. Very gentle direction! Good food! Comfortable room. I would say the location is strategic for any kind of excursions! Thank you for a pleasant holiday!
