Stayed overnight on a tour of Sicily. Excellent room in a building across from the main hotel.
Staff very helpful, breakfast good and price very reasonable. 
Free parking just beneath the hotel however if using satnav try to put car park in to prevent having to go around a lot of tight streets to get to outside hotel door. Only 50 metres difference but you will miss some awkward driving

One night stay

Absolutely top notch. My husband and I first came to Ragusa 12 years ago. Much has changed but thankfully much has stayed the same in the town. We were happy to discover Itria Palace when we were planning our itinerary. We stayed in a family room that consisted of two rooms, three beds and two showers. The room was accessible by stairs or lift. It was quiet, clean, super comfortable bed and pillows with very cold air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was delightful featuring plenty of the usual Italian standards but also included local offerings which were delicious. A member of staff was on hand to prepare caffe and cappuccino for guests. We will absolutely return!

Delightful Stay

Our room was dark, the air conditioning unit was antique and offered little comfort during the warm evenings . The bathroom needed refurbishing and the room itself could have been cleaner: there was a bar downstairs which only stayed open until
6.30pm. 
Breakfast had very limited choices and a self
Service coffee machine which produced awful coffee . 
The car park at the back has limited ‘free ‘ spaces . 
Staff were polite and hard working but this hotel was a bitter disappointment. Avoid!

Not recommended

If you want to visit the historic part of Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla (which is the town of Vigata in Inspector Montalbano you can’t go wrong with this hotel. 
The rooms are clean, spacious and air conditioned, the breakfast is included and very typical of the region.  The staff were particularly helpful especially Sarah and ?Valeria on reception, who recommended some excellent restaurants nearby. 
The location was excellent for Ragusa Ibla but also handy for Modica and Scicli.  
The only downside is that the free parking is in a public car park which might be full.  We were ok but you are not guaranteed a space. 

Great hotel in a perfect location 

On the edge of historic and beautiful Ragusa Ibla, the Itria Palace is a great base to start exploring the many narrow streets of the old town where there is a church on every corner and a wonderful Duomo in the centre. It's a quality hotel with attractive and well-equipped bedrooms. Lots of original exposed brinkwork make it a really attractive place to stay. The breakfast room is beautiful too and the choice and quality of food is great. Special shout-out to the homemade cakes...Certainly the best breakfast we had on our holiday.

Finally, I want to mention and thank Vera at reception who recommended restaurants to visit and was helpful at all times. A great hotel.

Great hotel in beautiful Ragusa Ibla

Comfortable hotel in a strategic location with easy access to the historic center of Ragusa, easy to reach and with ample parking, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are very kind and breakfast is sought after and abundant.

I highly recommend it.

Nice small hotel with helpful staff. Nice space with great view. Do not ever walk here from bus station. We arrived on Dec 31 by bus, no taxi available, we thought it was an easy walk of 30 min, but the apple map led us to wrong place, end up walked 1-1,5  hrs with multiple stops to ask local.
Room is spacious but can hear noise from upstairs 

Nice hotel, with some sound proof issue

The hotel is in a very old building, cleverly updated: modern furniture and sparkling appliances against unfinished stone walls and ceilings. Very helpful staff. They have a small cafe that at night serves drinks, plus nice small plates and sandwiches; a convenience. Excellent location on the border of the old town: everything you want to see is close by, but the street is quiet.

best position in a beautiful old building, spacious very tastefully decorated rooms, amazing  view from our balcony overlooking the river and the old city.Excellent breakfast and the nicest breakfast terrace!very easy to find and with easy parking.
