It is located in a very beautiful place, at the foot of the town of Recanati. It would deserve more care, from breakfast to the maintenance of the structure. It would take a little attention, a less industrial proposal at breakfast (since it is an agriturismo we expect handcrafted products) and a care of the rooms larger than the dependency.

Oh, that's too bad.

The potential would be high, as the location is really remarkable, and also strategic, but after a couple of days the landscape is refreshed because the first 2 nights are really warm. But from the point of view of customer care, we are not really there. In the apartment the air was very small that there are no customers to move. There is no garbage smell and the drains come out and you have to stand on the ground, considering that then you don't have to pay for the space to fold the bones on the table. So you can't get enough of the water to rest after the day, so after the day, I don't even see anyone in the bathroom.

We're not really there.

In the apartments there is no daily towel change and this is not indicated beforehand anywhere (even in the room), nor is the standard daily cleaning done to reset the room. And the starting situation is not good, as from the photo lacks careful maintenance and cleaning of the bathrooms (black glass box and initial muffled in the rooms). In the pool at least, of those you sit and you sit inside, there were no towels (no beds). In the particular room, because of the very hard cutting of the pizza (simplified to who knows that the high quality of the frits above 1,70 or above 50 is a real effort). But I always know that the taste of the dishes is fresh and that they are made in the freshest quality of the day and I do not want to eat anything else in the real world (but I do not want to have a good food in the local kitchen, but I do not want to have anything else in the house, but I do not want to have a good meal, but if you do not want to have a good meal, you do not want to have a good meal, but if you want to have

It's not worth the price.

We stayed only one night (unfortunately) with our 3 children, to break the journey to Salento. The location is wonderful: apart from the fact that Recanati is a beautiful village, but the location of the farm is exceptional. We have been given a double + a triple: clean and quiet. the pool is very beautiful (useable until evening), and the context in which it is inserted is, for us, something exceptional.

Family weekends. 4 adults and 2 children. The facility is very cozy, clean, friendly staff and really good food. We also have a dog with us.

Family stay

In the week of February, my husband and I stayed at the Raggioverde, a charming experience with the spirit of familiarity and courtesy. Our apartment was located in the former barn then renovated, comfortable spaces with simple and functional furnishings, as well as the bathroom (lacks the phon) and the well-equipped kitchen, I want to emphasize everything very clean.

Al Raggioverde is an example of a real farmhouse

First time in this farmhouse but we'll almost certainly be back! Welcome and staff at the top! Cozy and clean room... maybe a little noisy air conditioner. Well-organized buffet breakfast following anti-COVID rules and quality products: bread, jam, ham, cake and yogurt!

It was a great experience.

It's a pity we only stayed one night, we'll definitely be back. It's a great meat dinner at the farm.

Great discovery

The structure is large, with a restaurant (not used), a nice swimming pool, many rooms and apartments of all kinds. Unfortunately our small apartment had neither a balcony nor space for the rack, indispensable for summer vacationers. There are certainly better accommodations in the structure. The final vote is the average between that at the structure (4,5*) and that at our apartment (3,5*).

It's a remarkable structure, but our apartment...

I stayed at this property for one night and my experience was more than positive. It was also accessible to wheelchair users, the staff were very kind and were willing to advise me on the best roads to move around. The property is in an ideal location, a true oasis of paradise in the middle of the Marcheian hills.
