I was in this residence at the time of the New Year. The apartment on the ground floor was spacious and comfortable, very clean and equipped with everything, my kitchen is equipped with many utensils. There was a nice terrace with garden furniture. The residence is right in front of the sea, the village is small but with shops of all kinds, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. In the structure there is also an underground parking lot. The staff is friendly. Beautiful the pedestrian path that runs along the sea coast and which allows you to reach the nearby villages on foot or by bike. I found myself very well and I recommend you.

Very satisfactory stay

We trusted the positive reviews but for us it wasn't a positive experience. It started badly the first day we got out with 34 degrees and the air conditioning room went off, really an unpleasant impact. Then the choice of room 109 turned out to be a mistake because it was really small. The staff is nice but not present. In the common area there is a coffee machine (which has been off for several days). Towels change every 3 days (Luckily there was a washing machine in the common area) The daily cleaning is superficial and for the terrace and garbage we had to think about it every day.

Wrong Choice

The owners and staff are very kind and friendly, the apartments are spacious, well furnished and very clean, there is everything necessary and even more. I hurt my finger, needing a pharmacy and being close, the owner went on his motorcycle to get what I needed. We rented the bicycles at a very affordable price. The apartments have private outdoor space for dining or relaxing, and the ones on the top floor have a very nice sea view, outdoor space very much appreciated for us with the children.

Great place to stay.

A few days in a double room with all amenities. car and bicycle shelter. a few meters from the cycling track. recommended. staff availability both at check-in and check-out. quiet area on the outskirts of Riva Ligure.

Just relax.

The apartment is air-conditioned, comfortable and well-furnished. Daily cleaning with changing clothes (towels and sheets). Very kind and available staff. I highly recommend it.

Trying

There's nothing to eat! Clean, relatively large rooms, clean and very modern, strong and stable WiFi, very friendly reception, centrally located and directly to the water - and enough (free!) parking in front of the house AND my own free underground garage! I've never seen the combi in Italy...

Good hotel with friendly service. Rooms are modern and equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. There's a low-floor garage in the house. We'd love to come back. It's in the center.

Very close to the old town.

I stayed in this residence one night. I got an apartment because I couldn't find any hotel rooms nearby and the next day I had a job right in Riva. I'm very satisfied with the hospitality, hospitality and the spacious space of the rooms, including the bathroom. I also had a nice terrace furnished with a lunch table and sunbeds. Clean, well furnished. The ladies who welcomed me are very kind and available for all the information about the attractions of the place. I also had permission to leave the car in the basement parking lot until the next day even though I had already left the apartment. What?

We were in Del Prado for our week of beach vacation, and I must say that the choice was never more delicate. Large, quiet, tastefully furnished apartment, which even the eye wants its share ), very clean and with a beautiful dehor provided with a table for outdoor dining and with two sunbeds. Very kind and available staff, always ready to meet any request. We felt just like home. In short, everything super. We will definitely return as soon as possible

I had the opportunity to stay at the residence during the week between September 25 and 1 together with a couple of friends..a beautiful place by the sea, underground parking to always have the car cool, friendly staff and relatively clean rooms (every morning with a lot of towel change etc) I didn't find any negative aspects sincerely and I feel like I strongly recommend it for those who decided to spend their holidays in that area..the only sin, as already mentioned by someone, the lack of elevator for those who have the apartment on the first or second floor..maybe for those who were not younger they might have difficulties with luggage but nevertheless it does not affect my approved assessment!!
