My stay at Sonder Montevecchio in Rome was delightful. The location was perfect, offering strategic proximity to both the city center and the Vatican, making it convenient for exploring the highlights of Rome. The apartment itself was very nice and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. However, one minor inconvenience was the slow elevator in the building. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend Sonder Montevecchio to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation option in Rome.

Amazing Stay!!!

No soundproofing. You can hear everyone going up and down the stairs and all the noise from surrounding buildings, like restaurants with loud music and parties as night. Location is great. Close to many things. Kitchen is well stocked. Shower is also very small… tight fit and I’m 5-3 and Medium size. Sofa bed in living room makes it impossible to use kitchen or walk out to balcony when extended. I ended up sleeping on it as a regular sofa so we could have enough space to move around. Would not stay here again due to noise. Very loud 4 out of 6 nights of stay. Have not slept well in a week. Not worth the price and location.

Mixed feelings — horrible soundproofing, very tight spaces, but great location and amenities

Local to Piazza Navona, near best bar in Rome - La Botticella- and a reasonable walk from the edge of the Vatican City. Clean and tidy, full digital access with no need to worry about keys. Staff available in daylight hours but telephone support if needed.

Great Location near Piazza Navona

This property was incredibly beautiful and in a vibrant part of Rome also close to tourist attractions. The bed was super comfy. Everything top notch! The Sonder customer service was incredibly supportive helping me book an early morning taxi to the airport! I was very impressed with this level of service. Better than most high end hotels and more convenient. 

AMAZING!

Great location, but acommodation was sub standard, and very expensive for the quality on offer. Bathroom particularly was like something from a student flat. So dirty it was crusty, and in desperate need of maintinence. Not fair to blame just a cleaner, this is in desperate need of some work.

Great location! Near many restaurants and stores but still tucked away therefore not loud. Great distance between Vatican City, trevi fountain and col. and Roman Forum. Room was huge! Had a mini kitchen and washer and dryer! Lobby front desk was very helpful

Best Location! Big room!

We ended up with a night in Rome after having to change our plans and were lucky to get an apartment with Sonder.

We were a family of four and the apartment was spacious enough for our needs.  Although the apartment was centrally located in Rome and close to the sights and attractions but with its location down a few smaller streets, the neighborhood did not feel overly touristy at all.

We loved the place and would definitely look to stay there again.

Great Apartment in the Heart of Rome

We had a very good communication even though we didn't see anyone because when we arrived we flew an entrance code and all the information was accurate and very precise.

That's great.

It's a great location in a bustling neighborhood with lots of restaurants and small shops. We were all able to reach our destination on foot. The apartment was quiet, clean, simply decorated and had a wonderful roof terrace. The reception was always personally or digitally accessible and very helpful. Great!

Great base for a vacation to Rome

Great location, big and comfortable room, amenities available at room and at the reception (Davines bathroom itens), free and fast  Wi-Fi, free luggage storage if you arrive early or depart after the check out, and very kind staff. The only negative points were that the windows open to other rooms and that the staff was not always at the building. But they always responded quickly via WhatsApp.
