The Pantheon Apartment

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and adult son.  The apartment was roomy and clean, and the location was excellent.  The owner/manager, Maurizio, couldn’t have been more helpful.  He arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport, and was there to meet us when we got to the apartment.  He showed us around and gave us useful info, such as where a little grocery store was located, and how the washing machine worked.  We were close to the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona, the Pantheon was just around the corner, and the Forum and Capitoline museums were in 
walking distance.  There was a nice coffee bar just across the street from the apartment.  Maurizio met us when we were leaving, and helped us find a cab to the train station.  I highly recommend the Pantheon Apartment, and Mairizio’s assistance made a good thing even better!

A Great Find!

Outstanding location.  Literally a few yards from the Pantheon.  Apartment was a lot bigger than expected, although the 2nd bedroom was quite small, but there were 4 large sofas in 2 living rooms.  Maurizio was excellent, a great host and arrange to collect 2 of us form the airport and arrange taxi when we left.  If you are spending time in Rome and want to see many sites whilst walking around, then this place is perfect.  50m to the Pantheon, 400m to the Trevi fountain etc etc.

I stayed here with 6 of my friends in Oct. Accidently left my phone worth (600) in the apartment. Phoned up the man we were dealing with who said he wasn't available to open the apt. I had to go home without it as I would of missed my flight. He promised he would post it straight away. When I got home I contacted him and he asked me for 25€ for postage so I sent it on. I Then got an e-mail from them asking for an extra 100€ for cleaning. Taking into account we did not cook or spend much time in the apartment apart from sleeping we also paid 50€ for CLEANING upfront. It is now Jan they say they will not give back my phone unless i pay another 100€ and I have sent 3 emails with no reply and any time I call they tell me they can't talk to me and send an email. They stole my phone and tried to get extra money off me to return it. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ROBBED.

The apartment is spacious and very well soundproofed the perfect welcome of Maurizio we had an hour late the small kitchen balcony is very pleasant the situation is ideal we did everything on foot we liked the animation on the square and restaurants around

We stayed in April 2016 at Pantheon Blues apartment which is on the first floor in a secure building. A quirky set-up with the bathroom downstairs, it is a good size including a large bedrm with king size bed, small kitchen and lounge/dining area. We were very comfortable here. At AUD$172  a night we stayed here a week and what a week it was being central to everything.  The only problem we had was the washing machine was not available as we had previously thought, but we found out the door and across the street a lovely laundry for 6 euro a kilo of washing which meant more time for fun.  During our stay we fell in love with the local restaurant La Pigna (a 1 min walk) and went there 3 times in the week. A glass of champagne on arrival and an aparatef to finish at no charge was incredible as was the food and wine and service.  Distance from everything to the apartment was a short walk.  The owner was very helpful with local information and we had no problems. We asked for a kettle for our tea-making so now the place is perfect.

The location of the apartment could not have been better. Metres from the Pantheon and close to the main tourist attractions. The city view is exactly as you would expect from an apartment in central Rome! The apartment is clean, well resourced and very spacious for four people. Maurizio who manages the apartment was extremely helpful. Communication by email prior to us arriving and available when we arrived to help us settle in. Supermarket available around the corner and decent restaurants nearby. Some kitchen equipment needs updating but why cook when you're in Rome?

This apartment is located right where you want to be in Rome. Right on the Pantheon, minutes walk from Piazza Venezia, Fontana Di Trevi, Via corso, Numerous of shops, cafe and restaurants are available on the same or near streets.

The apartment is well kept, and staying there was very pleasant. We were 5 adults. We didn't really used the kitchen for more than making coffee or using the microwave,  but it seemed very well kept as well, with oven, stove and even a dishwasher. 

Another crucial benefit of the apartment is the owner, Maurizio who was kind, helpful and shared good touring advices! On the first day, the Internet router didn't work. Maurizio responded quickly and provided a quick solution (that cost him extra money...)

Small challenge was the fact there's only one shower, but comparing to the benefits and reasonable cost, I would definitely choose to stay there again !

Note that although the building is equipped with an elevator, it's located between the floors, so you'll need to climb 1/2 floor to use it.
