A really pleasant stay

Francesco is literally the nicest person you will ever meet in your life. My family and I stayed this past summer and I'm so glad we did. The b&b is a two minute walk from the metro which we used to get to all the tourist destinations. In the evening we walked to the nearby restaurants where I had the best food, wine and gelato of my life! It was seriously an amazing experience. Francesco stopped by every morning to make breakfast and espresso for us and waited for us to leave so that he could clean. He also arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport which made the stay even more convenient. He was an amazing host and really made our first trip to Rome spectacular. I can't thank him enough for his kindness. The b&b was well kept, newly remodeled and super clean.

Great Stay at an Affordable Price!

We stayed for one night, a quiet, cozy and clean place, the owner is generous and kind and offers a very generous breakfast, the subway is very close and well connected by bus.

It's a nice place.

The room in which we stayed was nice and neat. A nice place overall. What really made the difference was the manager, a kind, affectionate guy who comes (often even anticipating) to meet the needs of the guests. To thank him for his availability we left him a thank you note, then we realized that the whole fridge in the kitchen was covered with guest tickets that had found themselves well.

Nice place, nice manager

My partner and I stayed here over two nights. The owner and manager Francesco was the most helpful and friendly hotel staff member we have had since traveling Europe. Speaks english and Italian very well. Room was very clean and had a nice view. Bathrooms very well kept.
Definitely would stay here again.
Francesco made it 5 stars. Puts guests first, and went out of his way for us many times.

Amazing and friendly

My boyfriend and I stayed here and found it fantastic, two minute downhill walk to metro which will take you straight to centre of town or Vatican. Also our host Francesco was absolutely brilliant and we always felt welcome and happy, he goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable and his Italian coffee was heaven in the mornings! Thanks for a great stay! I should mention, it is an apartment of a building split into separate rooms to make it a hotel, very safe, private and clean
