I loved this place! Everyone one says it's bad but it was perfectly fine. There was free wifi and the rooms were cool. Also the workers  were very nice.  And to top it off the pool was very luxoiurous. 

Best Hotel

I went to this hotel for a trip, I didn 't expect much, but I didn 't think it was such a bad hotel, I don 't want to criticize too much but there would be many things to improve: more inviting meals and not frozen food, we should renovate the rooms and hire a more friendly staff, otherwise it is in a comfortable position.

1 star hotel

There's no furniture, no chandeliers, no rosettes, no windows, no doors, no walls, there's just a sharp feeling that this place is abandoned by God. It's probably where Lena the Bat was born. The food is great if you have imagination. The staff is very friendly with the photos on the graves. The shower works in the house across the street.

When Prayer Did Not Help

After a long morning of travelling, we arrived on the right street and the right location for this hotel. Only one slight issue, the hotel has closed down and we were never notified. Now stuck in Rome for New Years Eve and had to spend €500 for another hotel. Avoid at all costs!! Booked through amoma who have also gone into administration with failure to notify us. All the numbers for the hotel and booking company are surprisingly disconnected so I can only assume it's not their problem anymore.

Closed down

The staff are super unpleasant, unfortunately no one gets away with it, very poor cleanliness and the toilet with a lot of problems, especially the polyban cabin, which was gone, we warned, they said they were going to see it the next day and everything stayed the same. The room walls were dirty, a melted lamp from the beginning of the stay, without worrying about the staff of the hotel. As for the Little Breakfast, it's a shame. On the second day, after we arrived, we left early for the Vatican and we asked if we could get something to eat on the way, from the trombones, our official said we could take a croissant, but neither a guard was offered... of course they didn't take anything.

Too bad to be true

The hotel with a very good geographical position has a poor service.We arrived on a Thursday and there was no hot water, until Sunday we were not given a room change.The workers were fine but the water was unacceptable.

H Biotel is a hotel.

Hotel from the 70s.A sloppy, unusable laundry light, views of dirty and repulsive interior courtyards, badly furnished furniture, curtains that speak for themselves.Of course they won't.The only good thing about the situation.

More is impossible.

The place was a pure stank and there’s so much wrong with this hotel you could write a book , staff were as useful as a chocolate tea pot , room was dirty and only chair in room , air condition didn’t work properly after an hour trying to get it to work , double bed was 2 single mattresses put together that were stained and marked and pillows were like 2 cheese boards as well as the blanket was like a scarf , the lift to your room you had to get off and drag your case down to the next floor as there was no lift to your floor , couldn’t use dirty shower as shower door was broke and shower head was full of mould , the sink had no plug , went down to receptionist and asked for hot water and was told there was none , no fridge to keep anything cool no kettle or cups for drinking with , breakfast was hilarious it consisted of cold cup of coffee and a croissant or roll , one morning at breakfast I asked for some milk with my tea and the waitress gestured to me come fetch the milk yourself , the security in the hotel was non existent anybody could just come in off the street , I’m putting my experience here not for badness but to stop anyone from having to stay here that will put a dampener on a beautiful city

No Wifi range into rooms, if you want wifi you need to go to staircases.
ward robes are not clean.
No proper ventilation into rooms.
