You can accept anything but a cold room with no heating and the air conditioner out of use on a very cold winter night.

Forget about it

I gave up because I couldn't give less. Unfortunately we decided to stay in this B&B because we wanted to give a chance to this facility. We even got the minimum two rooms and on our arrival we were prompted to not book in advance, because we were also in the dark of the infinite problems, present in the rooms for many years (as you can read from the comments). Okay, we were superficial not to read the reviews but we were in a hurry to book and we thought to give a chance to this facility. We even took the minimum two rooms and on our arrival we were asked to immediately pay in cash (obviously just to avoid the tax).

A nightmare weekend.

It's very unfortunate that the management of this B&B is not up to the height of the area and the palace that hosts it! Rumors of toilet discharges similar to submersibles, half-baked foam, TVs without.......cannochial for close viewing, breakfasts....do it yourself with products...anonymous! What remains is the cleanliness and the potential to stand out, with humility and goodwill of the owners, the leap in quality that the structure justly deserves!

It's too bad!

The only positive note is the position. The rest is absurd to start with the fact that the bells don't have the name written on them. ridiculous furniture, from the 50s, 60s, 70s!!! with feathers, Christmas decorations and other dusty things. ugly room and really ridiculous bathroom.

That's ridiculous.

We stayed at the Gerbera only 2 nights but it was enough to make us appreciate the b&b. We were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism by the owner who made us feel at home. Our room was tidy and clean. The location is excellent well served by public transport as well as close to great bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything perfectly sure we will return. 

It's perfect.

We stayed a couple of nights in this B&B, attracted more than anything by the price quite contained. The rooms are of different sizes, one was large and spacious, the other decidedly more sacrificed, however, not with the bathroom with the normal discharge but with the one that works with the electricity and recharges itself, which was a hell of a mess. Comfortable mattresses, boiler and discrete pillows. Shower with a tent. Let's say we just had to sleep but we definitely stayed in more comfortable structures. It's convenient for the location, 3 minutes' walk from Bologna Square (blue line, three stops from Termini, one from Tiburtina). Very nice the bar where they are convenient for breakfast.

Just to sleep

I insist that I gave 4 stars only for the availability and cordiality of the owner who is a good and special person. We were in three and she offered us fruit juices too. The B&B is clean and tidy. The location is excellent near the center. There is no parking. In the room you can find boiler, air conditioning, wifi, working TV, safe, refrigerator. But there are some small flaws: a camera handle was broken; the pillows are hard and thin (very uncomfortable, I recommend changing them); in the shower there were dark hair signals that it wasn't cleaned well; the bathroom is small and not the fridge; some boats in the bar are on the third floor.

Just one night.

We stayed at the Gerbera for only one night..and luckily!! The only positive thing about this bed and breakfast is the central location, easily accessible on foot and by metro.. As for the overnight stay, it was bad. The room, seemingly large and tidy, was nothing more than a pile of dust that forced me to endure asthma all night long. Dirty and stained linen and underwear, hair on the floor, very small and no bidet, with a broken ventilation system and in half the cabin and half the bus.

Very controversial

The hotel is conveniently location within walking distance of some good food, metro and bus stations, and the Vatican. The room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely terrace/porch. The room had a small TV, AC, mini fridge, and other basic amenities. The breakfast was simple but good consisting of a buffet of yogurt, cold meats and cheese, bread, pastry, cereal, juices, coffee and the like. The staff was very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations for places to eat around the hotel. The deck on the roof was also a lovely spot to relax at the end of the day. It was a good value as compared to the other hotels in the area, especially since it was booked last minute, but it was a little more expensive than comparable hotels in other large European cities.

Great Location, Comfortable Hotel,

I don't put a single ball x compared to myself that I slept in it, even though the room was at a really low level.The only positive note is the location,50 metres from Bologna Square and less than 1 km from Tiburtina station.The rest is really disappointing:Large but full of dusty cranberries,mattress hidden under the bed,dressing room full of cranberries with two,three recovery clusters,whiteness of the double-and-baked bed linen;color A4,telecommand not changing channels,mobile with fridge anti-gardened, minus bottle of used water,trashed tent with vacuum cleaner,smoking baritins of old generation who sends up an actress or dresser in a toilet and after a cabin and written metallic lava, but in the middle of the street, they can't do anything.
