The problem came because we had been 2 of 3 days without hot water, with 3 children, including a 2-year-old baby... We talked to the supervisors and they didn't give us solutions, over Christmas...while, heating the clock to clean up... After many messages we managed to get someone to show up to fix the boiler, but it was useless... We had no hot water and 5 people to shower in the middle of winter...Finally, the day before our march we managed to fix the problem, but they had already bothered us... Then, on the last day we left, we went back to the bathroom and cleaned the floor of the house, but today we were looking at the newly opened TV, but we were not making any money.

There's another one.

It's a very bright apartment. It's very well maintained and in good condition. the comfortable beds. It's quite central, you can really get to most of the tourist attractions on foot. And if you don't feel like walking or it's very hot it's very well connected by city bus (there's even a bus that takes you directly to Termini station). In addition, there are two supermarkets quite acceptable five minutes away (in the same apartment they have a file with information, including where the nearest supermarket is located).

We enjoyed our three days / nights at Ripetta1. (Apartment 27). Close to major sights, eg Pantheon, Spanish Steps. A comfortable, attractive, and a spacious, apartment, with pleasing decor. Well insulated with shutters, double glazing, heavy drapes against traffic noise. Comfy bed and sofa. There are bookcases and books of interest.
We self catered ( due to food allergies) and we noticed the absence in kitchen of: t-towel,vegetable peeler, a sharp knife to cut food, kitchen scissors, placemats, a saucepan lid without a handle, and the lack of a plug for the sink. In the bathroom we could not find a toilet roll holder. 
However, the crockery is by Villeroy and Boch, the lounge floor is beautiful original marble, and in the bedroom, gorgeous honey coloured parquet flooring. The lighting is excellent. On the dining table, where you eat, the SKY TV control box sits awkwardly, trailing a tangle of cables.
We would have rated this five stars. In this apartment you can read any of many books supplied, but the fridge needs defrosting! The quality is obvious, but we felt that some fine tuning is needed, some attention to detail. Especially for around AUD $330 per night.

A fine location, comfortable, some kitchen omissions

Stayed for a long weekend in Panorama Ripetta with my two (adult) children and son-in-law.  This apartment is perfectly positioned, within a short walk of Piazza Navona and Piazza Del Popolo, and within easy reach of all the main attractions in the Centro Storico and Vatican City. The apartment itself is modern, clean and spacious. The air conditioning and the double glazing meant that nights were comfortable, despite the masses of traffic passing close by,  The staff could not be more helpful - they arranged a taxi to and from the airport and met us at the front door with the keys.  I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful apartment and will use it again when we visit Rome.

Fantastic apartment in stunning location

We were charged a fee for five nights and we were told that they didn't work with the rest of the world.Everything was done by an electric carrier.They were not even there to help us or at least help us find another hotel.Today we are in legal proceedings with this situation.We paid at 5 nights but we didn't have a hotel.Not if it's about the world or this hotel..but our experience was unfortunate.

UN FANTASMA.. does not exist.

I was on the second floor of this beautiful palace with two friends the week before Christmas. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very nice guy who showed us the nearby attractions as well as the operation of the entire apartment. The place where it is located is beautiful, 200 meters from the squareA of Spain and all the attractions are reachable on foot, this is absolutely the first great value. The apartment is quite large c is a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed in a large and very lighted living room, a bedroom and a bathroom without a window. Three of the big flaws: 1) The apartment is not very clean, we found hats attached to the toilet, an open bag in the kitchen, a used towel and a bathroom cupboard a little bit of a safe thing; 2) the bathroom was definitely a place to make a difference for two people, but 3) we would know for sure that the bathroom had only one toilet seat for two people; 3) the toilet seat was in the bathroom for two people, but we knew for sure that there was a difference for each of these two people, but we knew for sure that the toilet seat was a place to make a
