Modern and cozy rooms, spacious and clean, strategic location at a single metro stop at the Umberto I polyclinic starting from Piazza Bologna.

Graduation party

Strategic location near metro B, Bologna stop. comfortable and soundproofed room. Although on the first floor you do not feel the noise of the adjacent street rather busy. Common space not too large without bathroom. Breakfast in autonomy with little choice of packaged products only sweet. Sufficient cleanliness.

Have a nice stay

Small bed and breakfast in Rome Tiburtina, strategically located. Characteristic rooms, essentially furnished but very beautiful. Perfect bathroom. There is the possibility of having breakfast at any time.

Bed and breakfast in Rome Tiburtina

We travelled with a large group of twelve people for a family/friend reunion. I was quite pleased with my choice to book 5 rooms at Cinque Sogni. We stayed for 4 days, and this place is perfect for a large group gathering. We were able to enjoy Rome very conveniently by using the metro every day. Bologna station is only 100 meter away and Conad supermarket is across the street. Also there was so many options for restaurants in the area. It is a perfect spot for family/friend gathering.
It was vey easy to communicate with the host since there was no reception on-site. All communication was through WA and email. The host was very helpful during our stay, and it makes our trip very enjoyable - especially for the designated tour leader of the group.
The unit is on the first floor (we call it 2nd floor in North America) and has 5 large bedrooms and private bath. There is an elevator to move our large luggage (for the cruise). Common area is also quite large with kitchen, sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Unlike AirBnB in North America, Cinque Sogni provides daily housekeeping and it was quite a nice surprise for all of us.   
I cannot say enough how good Cinque Sogni was for my group. Thank you Andrea for allowing us to have a great time in Rome!

Much Better Stay in Rome than in a Hotel

As a Roman living in another city, I can assure you that I have found myself very well. It is the area where I was born, grew up. B&B with few rooms, you enter and you already feel like you are at home, quiet, no trouble, very clean. You come down and you have the subway, look for those who are not from Rome having the subway below is like winning the lottery.

Very convenient, excellent price/quality, recommended power station

Double room with a chair and a chair. Power socket for a non-functioning lounge lamp. No drawer. Support area for 2 tablets is not 80x25 I'd say as low as striped. Price over 70 per night. Only good bathroom but also there is little usable space and heating panel out of use. Breakfast cups accumulated in dishwashers. I turned on the wash cycle before leaving to respect future guests...

To be improved.

The location is strategic, close to the metro restaurants and various businesses. The room is spacious, although with basic furnishings.

Comfortable though quite basic

I understand the COVID restrictions but the fact that the room is not cleaned (I am not talking about sheets and changing towels but of a past vacuum cleaner and washing floors) during the stay and that the breakfast consists of only packaged industrial snacks, conditioned in a negative way the judgment. You can add slices of biscuits and marmalades for example.

Spacious and clean rooms you enter with code after you pay, you find the key, you take it, you enter the bathroom clean all new there's also a coffee machine cookies snacks etc... for breakfast do it yourself

I have stayed in this B&B and I must say I was quite satisfied with it. A few minutes walk from the metro station of Piazza Bologna, blue line (so only three stops from Termini station and one from Tiburtina where there is also the high-speed station). at Piazza Bologna there is also a fixed taxi station, and of this convenience is also benefited the structure. rather spacious room, with private and blind bathroom, very nice, with a spacious bed but with a soft mattress, a small closet but suitable for the room, light curtains and a sliding window that guarantees a small viscosity.
