Clean room, not very central but the city centre is reached either after a nice walk or by bus. Very close there is a shopping centre where you can have breakfast, eat or shop. The quality/price ratio is good. Our room had some flaws: there was no external hinges on which to hang the jackets (we came in November), so we had to put them inside the wardrobe between the clothes; among other things, the hinges were few and of small size to support the weight of such bulky items. The mattress was very comfortable (three sleepless nights). The bathroom door was a large window with doors, and the fin (two) hinges did not have enough curtains or lamps to fit their curtains, so the mattresses were not used to properly fit the bed during the night, and the sanitary fittings were never used to properly filter the bed.

Pros and cons

After a few years I went back to this residence for the Barcolana and I can only confirm my previous assessment. Residence with very honest prices, clean and modern with very comfortable beds and rooms equipped with kitchen. With a not too long walk you can reach the center, mind avenue XX September is a few steps away. I recommend for those who want to have a weekend in Trieste without spending a punch! I'll be back!

He never disappoints!

Very large residence on the hill of Trieste, easily accessible on foot in 20 minutes, or by public transport. Spacious, clean, functional apartment in a quiet and quiet area. Average price. It also accepts dogs.

Comfortable and functional residence

Great location in the centre, facilities with all amenities including the kitchen and the minibar fridge, spacious and very clean room, free parking for guests, respectful COVID standards and staff available.

We were here only for one night and I have to say that initially I thought that the fact that they do not have a parking space was actually a big problem because you can not park nearby. But they have a convention with the parking of the Giulia shopping center that is adjacent and you pay 7€ instead of 12€ a day (but I still find it expensive!) The room is beautiful, clean, the bed is soft and soft with two extra pillows. You sleep from God. There is TV and refrigerator. The bathroom is well maintained, clean, spacious but since there is no heating in the morning it is cold and you have to turn on the heat pump. We are about 17 but I didn't see anyone at the reception. I hope someone will arrive when we go out to give the ticket to the parking lot.

I found this place through TA, we didn't have high expectations and in fact it was. We arrived and we didn't find anyone to welcome us, I had received an email with the code to open the door and the indication that the keys to the room would be attached to the door of the same. Another info I received in the email was that unfortunately the private parking would not be available.

Just sleep.

I was only one night lucky I killed at least seven non-mosquito mosquitoes. On the walls there are still signs of the same exercise done by the other guests before me. air conditioner not working spiders in the bathroom no one to ask for help because at 7 pm the lady attendant, although very kind, goes away. I couldn't even open the window because I was invaded by mosquitoes and never came back.

A night to be forgotten.

The lowest price I've found is strategically very central 20 meters from the mall to buy food water. The cleanest recommendation. Mrs. Nadia always at the reception. Kitchen with LCD TV. Anyone who wants reasonable prices. And I liked feeling at home for me.

Good quality price

Everything was very clean, the entrance smelled very clean. The staff is very friendly and available, the place is very quiet. There is also a shopping mall very close to where you can shop. It is about twenty minutes' walk from the center but you can also reach it by bus, the area is very well served by the means. I recommend this place.

Quietness in the City

We stopped at this residence on the occasion of the Barcolana and we can say that we are very satisfied. New, clean room and with a small kitchen, very kind staff and more than honest prices.
