It is a hotel that is located very close to the Porta Nuova station.The room is large and very clean.When I registered I was given the key to the main door, hallway and my room, which is enough.I would say that it is fine if you are looking for connectivity and where to sleep.When the administration is closed, there is a phone number to communicate with you.I arrived by chance and would return, your price ratio is good quality.

 Good location and safety

Unwelcome structure, unpleasant feeling of dirt just entering the entrance gate, room on the first floor not corresponding to the reservation. very old furniture, bad smelling, very dated, red damasked curtains lit perhaps never washed, unsounded fittings. Only positive notes: structure a few steps from the railway station and the friendly owner. Very disturbed night.

It can't be called Hotel. It's a hostel, not for couples. Entrance is a blind hallway. On the first floor is the 2x2 reception, there's no seating. He who received us, of course, unwillingly showed us the rooms. They have no air conditioning. I don't recommend it.

It's very small, booked, and fortunately, I only needed it to spend the night. It's not very clean, it's a locked room door, there's no canisters in the room, and one of the lights by the bed was lightning.

Hotel on the first floor in the center, very close to Porta Nuova station and public transport. The staff were really very friendly and available. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was working very well. The only new is the noise of the street and traffic. The furnishings are functional but a bit dated.

Very central hotel, friendly staff

The reception (it's not a reception but the entrance to an apartment is on the first floor, we were given a room in an apartment on the 4th floor. all the dirty, stinking recovery furniture, even the walls with holes. None of the furniture was the same as the other. the walls and the ceiling with the mold. Also, the cost is equal to any 3 star hotel in Turin. to be single that has no wifi for breakfast (if not for a fee in a line bar) and parking is for a fee. For me it is a scam.

We arrived..as soon as we climbed the stairs it looks like we are in an abandoned building and there is a smell...on the second floor there is the reception..a gentleman welcomed us who told us that we would not stay there but in another hotel without informing us by phone..he is very kind for charity but the location is fine if you want to sleep..but since the prices are like the others you choose different..he took us to the hotel Bologna which is nice..and it's worth it...the less we got better but think if we got worse..what a difficult thing cmq..I think it's recommended..

transferred to another hotel

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building and is not very comfortable. It also has no breakfast room and you have to go down to the bar. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and the historic center and a few steps from the Egyptian museum. The owner and his right arm are two friendly and hospitable people.

Gentle owner but too high prices

Hotel in a strategic location, almost opposite the Porta Nuova station and a few steps from the center with bus and tram stop in front. The rooms are clean but somewhat dated, the staff is still very available, unfortunately the rooms with windows facing the road are very noisy due to the heavy traffic of trams, buses and cars.

The hotel's rooms are located on the fourth floor of a building that would need a systematic.... the hotel floor is in order and clean (as well as our room, the furnishings are a bit dated but the cleaning is good) but the rest of the building is neglected and maybe not cleaned for a while and this does not make a nice initial impression. Breakfast is available at a nearby bar and there is a bit of everything anyway.
