Modern residence near the Carducci subway convenient for commuting. I used a rather spacious two-bedroom well furnished and sufficiently clean. Some inattention to the details in fact being equipped with a cooking corner does not have enough post office and dishes. A note of appreciation of the staff available and very kind

Good residence but a little attention to detail.

The room where I stayed...clean, super comfortable, air-conditioned, with wifi, cooking corner, supply of clean laundry once a week (excluding shampoo or bath shower products). I recommend women to bring a fon, as the equipped hair dryer is not very powerful and a bit uncomfortable to use.

That's cool!

The residence is very stylish, well furnished, tasteful and extremely clean. The only thing that if you book a residence and not a hotel you expect is that there is something in the kitchen beyond the ovens! There are no towels for fixing, only a fork and two knives, a plate and a cup of milk. I asked to have the two-room, if possible a small coffee maker, the plates I bought the paper ones. They brought me a fork, a cup, two cups of coffee and an eight-room coffee maker.

Nice but little or nothing in the kitchen.

We came to Torino for the World Masters Games. A large group of  us booked the Menabrea via Venere and Booking.com. We were lead to believe that these were serviced apartments (equipped kitchenettes, towels, and weekly cleaning). This is not the case. The kitchen supplies vary from room to room. It seems that what is in there is from what other people have left behind. Towels and bedding are supplied; however, you are expected to launder your own.
Do not expect a lobby like a hotel or serviced apartment. It is ran out of a "medi spa" or day surgery center that is next door, and is only open from 9am-5pm mon-fri. If you arrive on the weekend or after 5pm, you will have to find somewhere else to stay until they open. The clinic office staff seemed very surprised to see us and reiterated that they were not a hotel. However, they did honor our reservations as per our printouts from our booking sites. It appears that a doctor owns the building and rents them out, but we are very unclear as to how the booking sites obtained the information, availability, and description of this place.
Now, having said all that, they are nice apartments with air conditioning (which we are hearing that many other places do not have). There is a grocery store around the corner, and access to public transportation within a block.

What I liked most about Menabrea was the fact that the rooms are modern with everything that follows, even in my apartment there was a flat screen TV, I think it was a 32-inch, electric blinds and there was no outside noise either at night or during the day, so the night rest was very relaxing.

My experience in Turin at the Menabrea

The residence is very nice, modern and the rooms are beautiful and complete. I found myself quite well, I made a work transfer there to Turin, and I can recommend the structure, which by the way is very well connected to the center, since it is very close to the Carducci metro station. In 10 minutes you can get to Porta Susa station for example. The rooms are very clean.
