Delightful, helpful host. Room comfortable in great location. Venice nightmare to get your bearings. We checked in then went for a wander. Thought we'd never find it again. Waiters understandably loathe to help list desperate tourists

Central location but take detailed map

The cleanliness was not the best (the room was not remodeled in the two days we stayed and the curtains and brakes on the wall are very dusty) but the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.

The hotel is located in a very nice location and is very welcoming to Mr. Giovanni and his colleague. The room is clean and spacious, with lots of phon, towels and air conditioning. In the common area there is also a kitchen.

Great location and pleasant stay

It's in a very quiet and characteristic location. The triple room is very spacious. It's practically a single room overlooking a nice canal. The only problem is the bathroom is definitely cooling down. Breakfast is best done in the nearby bakery.

The owner is simply fantastic, friendly and always ready to dispense advice to get the best out of the city! The location of the b&b allows you to sleep in the utmost silence as well as to reach St. Mark's Square in about 20 minutes. Really at the center of everything!! B&B externally recommended!!

I highly recommend it!

B&B located in the center of Venice in an ideal location for anyone who wants to spend days in the lagoon, having everything within walking distance. Enchanting, everything remains very vintage as if time had stopped. The owner Giovanni is simply fantastic, making you feel at home, and the next day breakfast directly in the room was the cherry on the cake of a great living room. Maybe some small maintenance work should be done, but it will definitely be done given that it is indivisible given the fresh opening.

A picturesque room in the heart of Venice!

Stayed here for two nights and was welcomed at home by Giovanni, a lover of Venice who allowed us to discover the city in a different way, an establishment in the heart of the city where we slept peacefully... highly recommended!

Great meeting with Giovanni.

Giovanni is very warm and very hospitable, we came only 24 hours and he explained to us what to go, what to do and what to eat, a small lunch served in a room worthy of a four, a spacious and very authentic room, lovers who live in love and fresh water will feel good in it.
