We are so lucky to have chosen such a great place to stay during our time in Venice!  The location is fantastic - just a couple minutes walk from the San Zuccaria vaporetto stations, right around the corner from a lively plaza filled with restaurants, and very close to Saint Mark’s Square. Others have mentioned noise in their reviews but we were in room #1 which faces a neighboring courtyard and it was very quiet. The room itself was great - plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. The best part though is the host, Juri, and the wonderful made to order breakfast he provides daily. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day to catch an early train and he brought us pastries, yogurt, and juice the day before so we’d be sure to have something before we left. He’s also very helpful with directions, suggestions, and any information you might need. Will definitely stay at 3C B&B again if we return to Venice!

Ideal for resting and taking a break.
Perfect access to Piazza San Marco (less than two hundred meters), allowing us to visit the heart of Venice very quickly.

Quiet time in Venice

3CB&B is a few meters from the ferry and very waxy San Marcos Square arrival, the location is really good and the facilities excellent, everything very clean and neat, the very good breakfast and the attention of the impeccable jury, it is always good to have someone born in the place you visit.

The perfect B&B in the heart of Venice.

This is our second stay at 3C B&B.  The location couldn't be better, close to the Grand Canal, Piazza San Marco, and the Doge's Palace.  Included is a very helpful, English-speaking host.  When in Venice, don't miss the ancient fish marked! 

Another Wonderful Stay

We had a fabulous stay at 3C B&B. Juri was a great host with very clear and helpful communication. Room was very well-appointed, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The location was very central with lots of places to eat and drink very close by. Would definitely stay again if in Venice.

Characterful room in the heart of Venice

This is a small B&B style accommodation in Venice very close to St. Mark's Square.  The rooms are very clean and comfortable and our host Juri is attentive and gracious to our needs.  They have a good breakfast that would fuel your morning sightseeing.  The hotel has a private entrance off a small street and very quiet even though you're just steps aways from the many bars and restaurants around.  We're very happy with our stay and would stay there again when we go back to Venice...  

A great private place to stay in Venice

We loved our 3 night stay at Juri’s 3C B&B. Juri was quick to respond to all our questions prior to our arrival and provided excellent recommendations during our stay. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and lovely bedding. The location is a 5 minute walk from the pier and very close to St. Mark’s Square. Juri prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning and makes the best cappuccino in Venice.  We highly recommend 3C  B&B and will definitely return. 

Perfect Stay at 3C B&B

They were so kind and their service was so awesome. I was worried about the way to go there but they offered the picking up service. And the room was so clean. I ch plus use it earlier than the official time thanks to their service. I love their service and warm atmosphere.

Perfect geographical location, friendly and warm staff reception, impeccable cleanliness, complete breakfast, a refrigerator and good recommendations for tours and restaurants and in addition Jiri speaks French.

The 3C is a wonderful B&B with a great host!  This is the second time we've stayed here and plan to come back in the future.  It's located just a short walk from St. Mark's Square and is very close to the piers where you can catch ferries and other transport options to get around Venice. I highly recommend the 3C for your next visit to Venice. Be aware that you need to climb one flight of steps to get from the street to the B&B entrance but this shouldn't dissuade you from choosing this location.
