Beautiful Liberty villa with garden and parking with various residence-like solutions with all the comforts.

This is a great solution.

We stayed 2 nights in this small and cosy Bed and Breakfast place. There were only few rooms and a private bathroom outside the rooms. The family who owns the place live downstairst. I think this is  great option for those who want to go to beach at Lido and also visit Venice. Family was very helpful, polite and nice to us, thus I spoke a bit italian to them but they seem very nice anyway. Rooms are small and the beds have seen their best days. Breakfast was very good, especially the fresh croisants were delicious and a big plus was that there was natural yogurt and home made fruit salad available and a possibility to squeeze fresh orange juice.

Sincere, helpfull family at Bed and Breakfast "hotel"

Classic bed and breakfast on the Lido. Luxurious, traditional authentic furnishings of the rooms. Georgio is a friendly and hospitable landlord. Breakfast is classically Italian but supplemented by European ingredients. The Lido is quickly accessible from the airport with the allilaguna and the luggage carrier is much more relaxed on the Lido than in Venice directly. In 3 snacks you are at the Marcus Square by water bus!

Great location for Venice travelers

Location situated in a beautiful, quiet area only about 5/10mins walk from the main waterfront and the Alilaguna/Vapperato drop off. 

Equally close to the long long Lido beach on the other side of the island.

Handy supermarket down the road about 50m which was perfect for water etc (and cheaper than one on Granviale SME, next to OVS).

A small canal runs pretty much next to the house which was very cool!

Tons of nice restaurants within short walking distance - would recommend 'Pizzeria La Taverna' which felt very local/authentic.

House itself is beautiful, I've tried to add some pictures to do it justice.  The owners live on the ground floor and are lucky people!

Continental Breakfast was superb, loads of it and v tasty.  We ate on a cute corner balcony overlooking the garden.

Room for 2 adults, 2 kids was basic but very clean.  Bathroom outside at end of the corridor was private but it felt a bit odd popping to brush your teeth etc and walking past other guests in the adjacent breakfast room.  No biggie but might not be right for some people.

Our hosts were brilliant, really friendly and helpful.

Thoroughly recommended for a small taste of Venetian life!

Lovely building, quirky layout, great hosts

Nice B&B not far from the center and ferry stations. Very friendly and simple owner. Everything clean and comfortable. Room decorated in style. Good for the eye! And on the Lido it's simply more authentic than in Venice directly.

Optimal location to explore Venice

It was 5 days, everything was very nice. A nice host with good English. He let me take the dining appliances from the dining room and use the fridge, which is a big thank you. When I found out we were leaving early, I made a meal on the way. The villa is 10 minutes' walk from the vaporetto station, next to a fancy and inexpensive supermarket. Breakfast is very good for Italy, although not too varied. We lived in a two-room mansion with air conditioning, very romantic, although going up a narrow staircase was uncomfortable at first.

Excellent guest house in a beautiful place.

We enjoyed the small apartment on the ground floor with a kitchen, bathroom and a very nice, very comfortable room. Very friendly and warm home and quite reasonable price! It was May 2015 and not 2016! I can't say.

a week in Venice in this very well located villa in May 2015

Beautiful bourgeois house very well located 10 minutes walk from the vaporetto station and the Lido beach. We stayed in a family room. This one was correct but nothing more. The double bed bed mattress would be worth changing. (Two simple mattresses joined together to make a double bed that date). When we arrived in the room the two bulbs of the headlamps were grilled.The bathroom that is outside the private room is very uncomfortable, no place to extend the toilets!! Besides, the household is to be serviced again!!! I wouldn't talk about the terrace balcony!!! uh, no, I wouldn't talk about it.... Breakfast is very pleasant and when the host is picked up right away.

Correct but very well located

Triple room was incredibly basic. TV wasn't flat screen and the decor was not modern. There is a fan in the bedroom.
Fantastic location 5mins from the boat station.
The beach is a 20 min bus journey away and is unattractive and muddy.
Rates for stay were fair.
Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
It was a relatives birthday and I was happy cake and wine were provided but unhappy with the unexpected additional 35 euro charge for this. We thought it was complimentary! I have stayed at many hotels and apartments across Europe and have never been charged for a birthday cake/wine.
Owners have an over excited dog which wasn't great.
Many mosquitos in the area.
There was confusion around time of arrival so we didn't get let in until 90 mins after and missed our first tour. Owner was not present at apartments, phone number just kept ringing and I had to call expedia who I booked through 3 times to try and get relocated as we felt stranded. Eventually someone picked up to expedia but the level of English was so bad. We waited and someone turned up with our key. That was annoying.

Mediocre

The room was dirty and there were sheep under the furniture. For the price it's quiet. The TV wasn't working but we weren't there so let's go. The landlord was nice, I could chat with him but his wife was more closed. Not bad mosquito. Overall, well, but it's not worth the price, finally!!!!! We're in Venice so don't be too demanding.
