In Aksai for work, I spent a week in this hotel... quiet, large and comfortable rooms, perfect cleaning... friendly staff, speaking a nice English... restaurant and pizza place in the hotel.

A Quiet, Modern and Clean Place

I've been at the Marko Polo hotel for 27 night, first thing I can say it's that personnel it's not skilled,
almost nobody speaks English, it's very difficult to comunicate and the restaurant service it's too slow (I can't wait one hour when the place it's almost empty) and often they also make mistakes while they're taking the ordination, so you get only a part of what you ordered.
The breakfast room it's very cold in winter, frozen air comes through the windows frames.
Rooms acoustic isolation it's inexistent, you can feel even when your neighbour is breathing.
Laundry service it's fast but they broken one fo my sweater (hotel manager offered to pay it back).
Gym it's good, even if there is some leak from the roof.

They have to improve a lot

They make great pizza here, and good service. I was with my family, everybody liked it. We ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza selection in the fall is big, everyone will find it tasty. There's a children's playground, and there was a delicious lemonade.

Taking into account the general location of the hotel Marko Polo is more than passable. rooms not new but clean. kitchen acceptable and staff available. Since these places go only for work I recommend for expatriates.

Discrete hotel

The rooms are nice, but you should immediately take a half-luxury, because the usual ones are very small... Of the advantages: location, restaurant and pizza... Of the disadvantages:. - low water pressure in the shower, plus you need to wait 5-7 minutes until the real hot water goes;. - electrical engineering. Some complete idiot came up with the idea of installing a lamp, a flashlight and a remote control from the air conditioner on the top of the bed, right above the head! He would put his hands where they grow from, because sleeping is very uncomfortable: you constantly hit your head - very oddly located one of the nodes: right above the door.

A commando to Aksai

The hotel offers good rooms an Italian restaurant, a lounge bar and some rooms for private events. The rooms are clean with satellite tv. Bathroom ok, showers could be updated. We got dinner in one of the private rooms and the service was excellent along with the food.

Good restaurant

The rooms on the top floor have been recently renovated, are spacious and comfortable and equipped with a small kitchen. A comfortable bed and clean bathroom, air conditioning in a single room, I have never had any problems. There is a restaurant and a bar. The restaurant needs to be improved in the menu, in the kitchen and in the service. A very slow kitchen and with always the same dishes, any changes to the menu are difficult to understand and even more difficult to make, to the limit of patience; a roast chicken breast is almost a mirage. In the complex it is a good hotel where I will return anyway.

Renovated, clean and spacious rooms.

Pushing on hoping to make Uralsk before nightfall last week, but encountered some engine troubles and had to stop for the night in Aksay at the Marko Polo Aksay Hotel while we sorted it out. Some of the locals were able to assist us with our vehicle maintenance and the hotel was all we needed for the unexpected stop. Small but clean and quiet rooms (we probably wouldn’t have noticed any noise anyway), acceptable internet connections, decent offering for breakfast and affordable for what you get.

Just for tonight

I stayed at Marco Polo's for the first time in Axe, and it was a good experience, the staff was friendly, the rooms were small, but clean, breakfast for three and a half, and I enjoyed the business lunch, the pizza was great, the quality was good, the Wi-Fi was stable, I recommend.

Optimal for business travel

It's a good hotel, lots of foreign guests, the rooms are comfortable and clean, they've been there for work, they're satisfied with the hotel, there's a cafe downstairs, they cook fine, but for a long time.
