If you are looking for the best food and a very clean facility while in Northern part of Kenya, Northern galaxy hotel has the best of both. They have a conference hall and internet is available in all areas.

Northern Galaxy Hotel - Isiolo

I recently had to spend two nights at the Northern Galaxy. I heard it’s the best option in Isiolo town, though that’s not saying much! The staff were quite nice and welcoming, and the room was claustrophobic, but relatively clean (no bugs!). But the biggest negative is the hotel is still completely unfinished — no roof, dust everywhere and extraordinarily loud hammering on concrete starting right outside my door at 7am. Also no one ever cleaned my room and the bedding was icky, so I needed to sleep with my clothes on. Oh, and the toilet only worked:/flushed on the 10th try or so! Restaurant was mediocre (though again, staff were quite pleasant) and although they can cook all taste and flavor out of a chicken, on the upside, they serve cold Tusker beer! I’m sure the hotel will be worthy of a higher rating once it’s finished!

The rooms are basic but clean and reasonably comfortable. Poor wi-fi cover and miserable TV channels. The hotel provides safe/guarded parking and a restaurant with acceptable basic food and breakfast.

If you are looking for value for money then Northern Galaxy is the place to be. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is pleasant enough. The only thing that made me not give the hotel a 5 is the night watchman and the food. The night watchman was quite rude and unprofessional. The food also was nothing special but luckily in town there is a wonderful restaurant with amazing Somali food and coffee. (Eeman). 

A little bit of cool in the heat. 

The hotel is  safe and very quiet despite being right next to the main road. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The showers are hot. The rooms could do with a fan or air conditioning though especially at night. Cars are parked in a secure compound right next to the hotel.
It's the best place to stay especially if one has children. The staff are polite and helpful. The bar is ideal for a quiet drink and it closes at 11 p.m. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

I visited with my husband,and we ordered for a simple meal.ugsli and boiled goat meat.we were specific,that we wanted with the soup.
First,we were brought very hard meat,a quarter already gone,we asked the to redo it,oooh my God, we were brought a portion of less than 7pices of meat and some soup that obviously had nothing goat.

Please avoid going here.youll leave hungry like me.i was totally disappointed

The Northern Galaxy is conveniently located along the road. The hotel has good, secured parking inside. The rooms are clean and safe with mosquito nets, no door or curtain between the bathroom and the room. The restaurant offers a bit pricy, but tasty meals. There are also conference facilities. Good stopover for a night on the way.
