really efficient, friendly, clean, English speaking staff was helpful, AC in room worked, other guests were cool and quiet. Wifi available.  Shared bathroom was clean.

The room was at street level so foot traffic walking by, but this was not a problem.

friendly and efficient

This well located hostel in the center of Bishkek offers huge private rooms, clean facilities, and friendly, professional English-speaking staff. The breakfast was beyond your typical hostel fare so prepare for a feast. Location is perfect near attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Could use larger bathrooms with more showers to make the place perfect. Also, there seemed to be a small cadre of not so tidy and loud cigarette-loving Russian workers staying here denying places for other travelers .... but not seriously problematic.

Location!

This hostel is very comfortable and located in the center of town. We stayed here with our bicycles (we kept them locked in the laundry room as the courtyard gate is open most of the time). Friendly staff. Shopping centre across the road which you can get SIM card and atm service.

Comfortable stay and convince

Got robbed while sleeping in this hostel. Other than one woman working there, the rest did nothing to help me. And when i tried to contact them to ask for assistance, they refused to help, and in the end said "do not disturb us". When you consider the industry they are in, ans their manners, it is obvious that they are only there to get your money, once you're out their door and no longer of any benefit to them, they would consider you an inconvenience.

If you want to be robbed, and recieve no help, stay here

Stayed here a few days while we went in and out of Bishkek. Got good value with its clean rooms, comfortable beds, homey dining area, spacious outdoor patio and good location. Despite being along Chuy Avenue, the area was still peaceful. A plus is the friendly staff who greeted me like a friend.

Feels Like Home

My son and I stayed at this hostel for three (3) nights. We took a Airport Shuttle and it dropped us just outside the hostel. We had to use the pedestrian underpass to cross the street. It is easy to locate and the front desk is 24 hour, so even though you will have to press the buzzer at the gate for entry, there is always someone at the front desk. 

Check in was efficient, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and it was simple and tasty. Laundry Service is provided by the staff or you can do it yourself for a small fee.The bathrooms are shared, but we never had long delays waiting to use it, and they were always cleaned regularly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke english, and provided us with tour and transportation information. There are multiple F&B options, many of the open 24 hour, within a short walk from the hostel. 

Bishkek is a safe city, and we were very comfortable walking in the city at all hours. Many attractions are within walking distance, and Chuy Street has many bus routes. The buses are easy to take and an inexpensive way to explore the city.The only problem that we had, was that the internet was weak in the room, and we had to go to the reception area at times to use it efficiently.

Great location and helpful staff

Stayed here in a double room. Very large room, clean, good airconditioning, good beds.
They organise good transport to/from the airport. Breakfast is tasty. Fast wifi.
Very central, everything at walking distance.

Clean and friendly

It's probably the best hostel in Bishkek. It's clean, spacious. It's a big, comfortable kitchen, delicious breakfast. You can always pour tea, coffee. Wi-Fi is flying. The location is top!

It's a wonderful place.

Very good location to stay for a few days. The reception is helpful what in Bishkek (restaurants, sights). Breakfast is prepared quickly by nice cook. The hotel is located close to the market square, central location, you can reach shops and businesses quickly on foot.

Good night in the middle of the city!

Nice downtown location, welcoming staff, nice breakfast, great for lovers. A spacious and cozy dining room, a small courtyard. Everywhere is clean, the shower is always dirty, but every morning everyone gets cleaned up. There are plenty of great cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls across the street.
