All the rooms are clean, cozy hotel is in the center of town.

Probably I'm too sensitive but when I'm in holiday I like to stay in agreable atmosphere. There is not! The stuff, in particular one woman (apparenty the underboss) never says hello and her attitude doesn't feel you welcomed. Once in a rude way she tried to enter in my room because she wanted to change some lights bulbs (so keep your door locked). 
Because a problem of communication between the stuff my room was reserved to somebody else. This woman gave me two possibilities: sleep for free in the loundry room (with no doors) just next the corridor where all the guest pass or pay for another room which price was 3 times higher than the actual one. I explain that for sure I would not sleep next the corridor with no doors and for sure I would not pay more for a problem of communication between them. The answer was clear: "you don't like, you go!" and she said it in a very rude way. Of course I left. 
I was disappointed because I stayed there 2 weeks, I was always polite, clean,quite and I paid in advance ....you don't treat your guest like this. They don't care about their guest, they just want money. So I would choose another hotel and Osh has many nice, clean hotels for the same price as the salam Hotel...and with much nicer stuff...(at least the hotel is very clean)

Rude attitude of the stuff

First of all, the hotel has a great location. It takes 15 minutes to the city center, 40 minutes to the main bazaar, 25 minutes to the main bazaar. There is also a cafe near the hotel to eat dinner.

Have a good trip to Suleiman Too

The room I stayed in had rusty water pipes and peeling walls and door. It seemed clean enough but I got several mozzie bites in just a few hrs... Nevertheless it has all the essentials I needed - a private toilet, hot water, an access card. Also has a tv but I didnt switch it on. For the price I paid I think the standard was OK.

Seems like only one staff speaks english - but she was really friendly and helped me to book my flight tic to Bishkek

Hotel is located next to a big convenience store. 15mins walk to lenin monument and 25mins walk to sulaiman-too.

Ok - not for fussy travellers

It's located slightly of the center. We had a 2 room appartement with bathroom. Everything was clean and ok. Bathroom was good, though sometimes there was a weird smell coming from the toilet area. Air conditioning and refrigerator present and working. The lady was extraordinarily friendly. With just a few words of English everything worked out perfectly with hands and feet. Laundry service was included. Good value for money.

Good choice for Osh

the room was quite comfortable, big bed, even a second room with couch, table and tv (unfortunately only russian tv)

staff, well there only was one person in 3 days, I think she lived there, was very nice and spoke English.

during my stay, it was raining, the stuff told me, that's why I didn't have water all the time in my room, because in Osh, they switch off the water supply when it is raining??

nice comfy Hotel

I paid really small amount of money for a three day stay in a apartment with two rooms. Clean and nice. Also provides dorms for backpackers. Hotel is situated not far from UNESCO heritage Suleiman-Too mountain. There are a supermarket and good cafe from both sides from hotel.
