The hotel is in a nice, quiet place, next to the restaurant Pavillon de ROZE, a two-bedroom room on the first floor, small but convenient in all respects and with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Going back to the beginning of XX century you are enjoying style and character of this hotel - still keeping access to most modern equipment of the room, great design, helpful staff and tastefully dishes in hotel restaurant. And then a walk to the beach. Paradise :-)

Beach holidays

Welcoming reception. Free parking (on and off the street).Friendly staff. Our room was clean and lovely. Although on the ground floor, facing the main street, it was quiet. Great breakfast. Great location, close to the beach and centre.

Lovely stay

A lovely mature building with large, airy rooms and ensuite.
Modern bathroom, excellent shower and all in good decorative order.
I like the fact that the staff are discrete and are not hovering over you.
We are a short walk from the white sandy beach, which takes you through a pleasant park area. 
 Little longer the other way and you’re in the town centre where you will find a shopping centre and many places to eat. 
The trams are fun. 
We enjoyed our one night here but I have to mention the fact that it is a little noisy and it’s not uncommon to hear footsteps and movement from other rooms.
The complementary drinks were not really complementary unless one of you likes green tea and the other likes normal tea with no milk.
That aside, a very pleasant stay.
Tip:
Pay the five Euros for breakfast and get there early. A lovely, diverse meal awaits you.

Almost perfect

Very good location of the hotel not far from the beach and city center, bus stop nearby can lead you tho the Liepaja airport that has connection with Riga by Airbaltic. The hotel is well decorated, clean, spacious and nice. Bed is good bathroom is clean with new shower equipment installed. Not noisy on the second floor. Reception is nice too.

Fly, drive, check in and sleep - very easy and works

It's a unique combination of low price, beautiful location, historic atmosphere, friendly atmosphere and a wonderful breakfast, convenient parking, beach, historic center, a fine latex or polyurethane mattress on the bed, a little bit more pillows, and everything would be perfect.

Great for almost free.

It's a good hotel. The exterior is already in need of repair, but the interior is in good condition. There is a parking lot and a restaurant in the yard. Breakfast for 5 euros is more than the price/quality. The rooms on the mansion floor are uncomfortable because the ceiling slopes too much. Spacious bathrooms, but the plumbing is already in need of repair. Overall, the impression of the hotel has remained good. The price and the quality match.

For one night

Our room was located on the third floor. It is quite simple, but the price for the room is quite consistent with the content. It is clean, cozy, a good bathroom. There is a small refrigerator, teapot, cups, fan in the room. Breakfast is 5 euros per person, the child is not paid. Everything was nice!!

It's a good impression.

20 eur for a double bed room with all amenities is cheap even in Liepaja. Air conditioning was present (were in November; therefore, air conditioning was not needed). Laminate flooring is everywhere (nowhere you will find carpets); therefore, it can be quite noisy when your neighbours arrive or leave. The receptionist on the first floor was kind and helpful. Staircase is from marble, so be careful. In the mansard room the ceiling was quite low; but it was not much of a nuisance. The location is great, just a 5 min walk to the Baltic sea. You can park your car in the hotel's yard which is even fenced; however gates are not locked.

a cheap place to stay in Liepaja during autumn

At first glance, the hotel makes a good impression. It is very close to the beach. The breakfast is good. But: We were first offered a room on the top floor and this has nothing to do with the beautiful rooms on the other floors. It is more like a youth hostel. The room was about 35 degrees. The hotel is very high priced for Liepaja and on the wish as well as the other guests to get some eggs for breakfast (which had already been eaten by other guests) or pancakes, was breathed and said NO. ATTITUDE FORDE IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS AND WE WILL NOT COME BACK!!
