Been there for a summer and experienced with my family the worst. 
1- Starting by reservation I called and reserved with their management and agreed on the price once arrived there they changed and raised the price.
2- Impolite team has no experience whatsoever in hospitality no bedsheets no pillows no internet no AC . very dirty place . no electricity 
3- pool mainly close it opens only for 1 month or 2 so u end up paying for nothing 
4- they can sell the place you are without prior notice and send u to another chalet without your approval
5- Place insecure people there fighting all the time and availability of weapon 
6- kids area very old and not safe 
and many many other concerns I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL SPECIALY IF U ARE COMING WITH YOUR FAMILY

Worst Hotel experience staff security and management

Terrible place with the new management .
I was make reservation a chalet by call is not the first time the new manager want an extra charge for my kids, 20$ for each I pay 100$ for chalet also I need to pay an extra 40$ in this case it’s better to make a trip to Cyprus in 200$. Really it was a very bad experience there’s a security when I was talking to manger , my kids are afraid from this situation so I leave the place and I don’t suggest to anyone to make reservation because of a hidden fees.

Terrible place

I have to say, this summer, we have been for 3 family getaways to this place.
Perfect location, near everything. They have chalets (1 bedroom - living room with 2 sofa beds - kitchenette - bathroom, and a sea view balcony overlooking a green garden!)

They have an offer this summer, very compatible prices, the lowest you can find for a family of 4 including accommodation, breakfast, and pool access. 1 thing we hated is warm pool water which is tiring to swim in after a while.

Rooms are spacious and clean, with no free wifi available. Breakfast is poor but good enough for the price.

Saturdays they have inflatables for the kids making the experience more enjoyable.

They currently have a new management, and improving lots of things.

The resort isn't as seen online.
The resort doesn't have a reception , they have administration offices that  close at 7h30. So if u need anything after 7h30 , no one can help u .
We called to have the internet password , the security answered and told us that only the administration can help  and  they leave at 7h30. 
We wanted to drink coffee but found out that the mugs in the kitchenette are dirty , we called to replace them but were surprised that no housekeeping after 7h30 also and our mugs cannot be changed.
The second day we called several time for housekeeping to clean our room and every time we were told that 10 min and they will arrive but we waited them from 10 till 3 .
We ordered food from their restaurant but it was received wrong.
 
The pool And the view from the balcony are great. 

We won't visit this resort again.

Two nights in the Saframarine

A family place where kids, teenagers and young people can meet to swim, play around or do various types of sports. The swimming pool is amazing after sunset till midnight. A safe place to children and families. 

Stayed for a month

Little children are not allowed to swim with their parents in the deep water, in the children's pool, totally exhausting for the parents, no comfort, breakfast very poor, management stunning, no surrender, otherwise it would be a nice experience.

But there is a lot of potential.

Resort Saframarine in Safra, with beautiful views and excellent leisure options. A huge swimming pool, with boards and children's playground. Restaurant and bar services. Furnished apartments, with TV, air conditioning and condominium parking. WIFI paid.

Mediterranean resort

To shade my overall score I would say that it mostly corresponds to common areas that are generally well kept: green spaces, swimming pools, sports grounds, restaurants, etc. There is a young and family atmosphere there in August...sometimes bright. For the rooms (which in Lebanon are called chalets) I would be more nuanced. They have good potential, but they should be refreshed and better equipped. One point: a good Lebanese coffee taken on the balcony early in the morning, and from the same balcony the beautiful sunset!
