I frequently stay at the studio suite apartment when I visit Kota Kinabalu.It has two single beds or queen,sofa sitting area,a kitchenette and dining and attached bathroom with hot/cold showers.Room has wifi, aircon,tea/coffee/drinking water, TV with local and satellite channel available. You could cook up your own meals,wet markets and shops nearby.Also availiable are two and three bedroom family appartments minus kitchenette.Located in the CBD area and is in the heart of Kota Kinabalu.Walking distance to Malls,shops,restaurants, pubs and transport hub.Close to waterfront lots of eateries and lovely seaview facing the islands and beautiful sunsets.Grab service easily available for transport any where KK 
and  outskirts of city.Ideal budget place to stay with daily house keeping service and replenishment.

Home away from home

We had a family room which is really nice and family-like :) the room was spacious had a sofa set as well and also had Wi-Fi for room use which is really convenient cos I had exceeded my data quota.. Anyway there are also restaurants, convenient stores nearby which really comes handy.. 

Convenient

These apartments are centrally located and make almost anything walking distance in the city. Apartments are clean and set up for long term rentals. Not the most inviting exterior but once you get inside it is fine. There are nicer places but nothing comes close to the value here especially since KK has cracked down on Air BNB rentals in the last year. 

Best value for the money if you are staying a while

The hotel is located in api api center, it is the downtown of KK, but the building is somewhat dated and run down.  At night there are a few suspicious looking personalities around.  However you are able to get food shopping very close by and there are security guards at the entrances of the building to deter would-be terminals..  The mention worthy point of this hotel is the helpful staff who are always willing to come to your assistance.  Despite the no frills rooms, i really enjoy my stay thanks to the helpful staff.

Great staff, average room

Room come with kichenete . Quite a cheap room compare to other hotel in the city . Well maybe the building looked old but the room interior is quite clean . You can easily find eateris around the apartmnt . Apartmnt provide free parking too

Huge room

A large apartment complex in the heart of the city.Our apartment is 80m and has a refrigerator, TV, tea and coffee, safe.The beds are comfortable.There is good reception and tourist outings.The worst is the exterior of the complex.It is very dirty and decadent.The price ratio is acceptable if you don't care about the exterior.

 Promenade apartments

We took apartments, maybe they're not new, but you can live in them. It's a very large metric. It's close to the shopping malls in different directions, transportation is nearby. It was convenient to cook in the kitchen, the gas plate is the beast. When we arrived in the evening, they called the owner, he sent a worker, she showed everything, explained, offered to come clean. In the house there are noisy neighbors, they can move into one cottage by ten, then there's violence.
