I'm a solo traveller and stayed here as pictures looked great online but that covered up many differences.  The staff change by the hour so you can't tell who's working there and they lay around on their phones and have no interaction with you apsrt from the odd hello. Seems to me their just living there and you come stay and they dont really care about you. No organisation, breakfast was supposed to be included and you feel as though your intruding on their home space when you go to the desk and kitchen. I had to ask about breakfast in which I was given a loaf of bread with no cutlery or plate let alone a drink or something to put on the bread so I decided to walk out as this is so rude. The place is dirty,  there is not even soap in the toilets. I nearly only stayed for 2 nights but managed 4 due to convenience and had hardly any sleep.  If you want to be next to a karaoke bar with awful singing and what sounds like a night club and having blaring music until 4am then stay here but if you like some rest then choose elsewhere. The staff laugh and shout and  couldn't really care less if you stayed or not or was even ok. Such a shame as this place could be Really great but really needs some TLC especially the bathrooms. The staff need some training in customer service. Disappointing 

Terrible

Overall it's okay but with a few problems which might cause them harm the longer they operate and since that the owner doesn't stay there, he/she might not know about it:
1) Staff Training - During my check in, I'm not guided and I don't even know any of the facilities until I ask them about it. A bit clueless on what to do.
2) House Rule - One of the house guest letting groups of strangers to party (talking loudly) till midnight.
3) Cleanliness - Smelly toilet and leaking shower, lack of rack & hooks.

Since it's a budget hostel, I can't compare it to real hotel. I'm really happy with my stay (minus the karaoke), hence my 4 star review!

Overall it's an good stay with some minor setbacks

This place was ok. Fairly modern rooms and bathrooms are quite good with good showers and toilets. There weren't many guests and it didn't feel crowded. 
But it was let down because there was a karaoke bar next door with loud music until 4 am and breakfast was not very good. Cheap but not great.


Not bad but a few issues

this backpacker  hostel  is  very nice , newly open and the amenities  looks  very nice   and branded. the  rate is  very  cheap  but the  quality is  very good. they  served free breakfast  and  even  some  snacks. just  get  all u  need   whats  available in the fridge
