No rate to be given. I've wasted rm480 for windowless room, full with mould, leaking bidet, and intermittent electricity issue on my second night stay. No refund given as per contract. Please just dont go wasting your money n time here.....

The worst stay ever.

The hotel faces a brightly lit park fronting the Melaka River and is just next to the Melaka Sentral express bus station.  The windowless room that I stayed in was clean.  Just that the floor is sticky and a bug bit me in the middle of the night.  Tap was leaking as well.  Apart from these, it is reasonable for the price of the room.

Nice and quiet hotel

This hotel building is originally a 3 storey shop lot building converted to hotel. 
Located just across Melaka Sentral (a main bus terminal in Melaka), this hotel is suitable to be used as a transit hotel at a very reasonable price. (Rm 130 for a weekend stay)

Room is decorated above average with a modern ID and the space is bigger unlike other hotel within this price range. 

The Malacca River is just a few steps away from the main entrance and you can just hang around or jogs around.

In short, this hotel can be rated as a transit hotel only due to its location.

I stayed in this hotel because it was close to Melaka Sentral bus terminal.

Now I am wondering why did I choose this hotel. The place becomes dead by 9 pm. There is a small shopping plaza , few restaurants but nothing great.

Pay a little extra and stay near Jonker Street or little India.

Hotel rooms are very small. The staff is fully ignorant always busy with their mobile phones.

I asked them about a location and their answer is take a Grab Taxi and give the location. I had asked where to take the river cruise from and their answers was the place name is river cruise. The answer is Jonker street.

Management should check on their staff knowledge atleast the front desk ladies.

Hotel rooms are very clean but very tiny, feels like in a box, our room did not had any window. 
Location of the hotel is very close to the bus terminal and is far from the main attractions point.

Our short stay was quite ok but next time if I had to come I'll choose a hotel close to the main attractions.

Location an issue, rooms clean but very tiny

Location wise, it is alittle far from many places of attraction in Malacca. And with the traffic, it is unwise to stay here as it makes traveling around Malacca troublesome. Per entry parking is RM2/day to park near the hotel. The room provided is pretty simple and plain. But decent enough for a good night sleep. Room is not sound proof and noises can be heard throughout the night and morning when people walking outside the corridor. Stayed here as all other hotels were fully booked.

Location is a little far from places of interest but decent sleep

Deluxe king room facing melaka river. Deposit of RM50.
Cleanliness could be improved.
No toothbrush and toothpaste. But has all the other basic room amenities. 
Thin walls. Hard pillows. Unstable wifi connection. 
Good for a night if you need to be near the bus terminal and next to mydin. Friendly staffs.
