We, 2 adults & 1 kid stayed in Studio Walkup 3 floor B862 @Silverpark Resort in August 2023.
The apartment was very well maintained. Clean & thoughtful owner. U can do some light cooking. I really liked the deco. Makes the ambience felt very much at home yet exciting enough to be in a cold weather. Sitting at the balcony with a cup of hot tea was such a wonderful, refreshing feeling at night as the mist set in during the evening. I can even see the Maybank ATM located in Shahzan Inn from the balcony. U can also look down at the clock tower, a mosque and the Fraser Hill town square. Listening and feeling the cold breezy wind blowing at 6th floor up is some thing u cannot get in KL. BTW, Silverpark Block B8 is on elevated ground.

It rained briefly in the afternoon and the evening through night after that was cold. A walk in the town after dinner was a pleasant surprise. Indeed Fraser’s Hill is a refreshing, stunning hilltop resort till this day.

A wonderful stay!

Not much choice of accomodation in Fraser Hill, but this one consider a good one. They is few private operators provided this kind of ‘homestay/B&B’ accomodation in Silverpark Resort. Just choose the one you like.

Our unit number is B15-6-2 and we booked our unit thru Agoda website (Studio Walkup B15 Silverpark Resort @ FH Comfy Home) 

Located in a gated area (Silverpark), this private studio apartment is a walk-up apartment, no lift. Need to walk up 3 floors to the highest level. Currently there is renovation on lower floor units hence the staircase is very dusty and dirty. This unit has a mountain/hill view, unit exactly show in Agoda photos. Check in and check out is very easy, no deposit needed, get the key from the guard post and return the key to guard post. Good size balcony with breathtaking view. Surprising microwave is provided (not shown in Agoda photo), we can easily reheat our foods which we brought earlier from Ulu Yam (limited food selection in Fraser Hill, especially chinese food). 

Drawbacks is the water pressure is very low in the bathroom, not really enjoying our bath. No wifi in the unit, but our Maxis and Digi line is working well there. Location is about 900 metre from clock tower and it takes 10-15 mins walk down the hill to clock tower.

 Overall we are satisfied with our stay.

Silverpark B15-6-2

Not too far from the clock tower. These are walk up apartments. The Studio i got was very spacious. It's relatively clean though the carpets and furniture are obviously very run down. Water heater and water pressure is good.
There is no fan or air conditioner and you don't need it as it is very cooking, sometimes cold. Very basic facilities but at least they have a kettle. No cutleries, plates etc. No facilities to cook. 

Decent Accommodation

Nice walkup studio apartment with cooking utensils. The room was clean and modern. Fit for 4 people. Tv with limited channels. We stayed at Block B8 and the room was on top floor. A quiet and cold place to stay. We had our morning walk in nature. It's wonderful stay

So, our unit was A1332: which means it’s in Block A13, 3rd floor, 2nd unit (this one’s on the left) under the private maintenance of FH Comfy Home.
1.	Location of the unit is superb in my opinion; 
-	great view

-	middle floor (so we didn’t have to climb / go down extra floor(s)

-	corner unit

-	unit besides this one was empty (like, not in the condition to be rented whatsoever), so it was quiet

-	parking’s a bit subjective though; sometimes you get one near your unit, sometimes you don’t, coz visitors can only park in the yellow parking bays

2.	The insides were great as well
-	Plenty of towels, maybe like 8 or 10 towels in total. 

-	Kitchen utensils that we had were cutlery, oven, microwave, water heater, big fridge, wok, jug, and other stuffs

-	Except for the kitchen, toilets, and balcony, it’s carpeted. So it may or may not be to your liking – we were OK with it. 

-	TV had free ASTRO channels, including TVIQ and that 617 channel for kids

-	Beds were comfy, cabinets are big, lots of hangers, sofas tables chairs were all in good conditions, electrical appliances work – all good

3.	No, no free wifi. Hahaha =D but my UMobile works really well in this unit and around this resort.

4.	Loved this unit, but will definitely try other units if the rates are similar or cheaper =) especially if there’s availability in blocks A15 or A14

5.	Playground was OK, definitely not gonna win any awards or competitions anytime soon by the looks of it. But they were still playable, my children enjoyed it. It was clean too.

6.	The area around this resort is nice and clean too. I loved this resort’s location as a whole coz we can even walk down the hill to the food court coz it’s not that far.

Memorable 30 July 2020 to 01 Aug 2020 =)

The place was booked by brother when we decided to go for a family trip to Fraser's Hill for the weekend. When we stepped into the apartment, the smell that we had to encounter was just unbelievable. When we contacted the maintenance team, they came and gave us aerosol fragrant spray which was of no help. We tried our best to air the room by keeping the balcony doors open but the smell was due to their curtains were just too dirty and the smell was coming from the curtains. Don't want share more because, it was an experience we never want anyone to go thru. Suggest you book the regular hotels in Fraser rather holiday homes or apartments. 

Poorly maintained properties

This is a good place if you plan to go for isolation camp. No WiFi. I guess likely it is forever spoilt. This is not a hotel. More like air B and B. Got to climb fleets of stairs, plenty of parking spaces. The weather is good and cooling. You can do simple cooking if u want. 

Isolated place

Stayed at SilverPark Apartments Fraser’s Hill for 1 night. Studio apartment (B2-6-2) was big and roomy although kind of jaded. Exterior needs a good clean up and paint work. Interior of apartment needs some touch up work as well. Apartment has no lift and had to climb 6 floors, definitely not for the elderly or the disabled. Kitchenette come equipped with cookery and utensils. Simple cooking is possible. Not any fancy hotel style, so don’t expect any 5-star service or amenities .

Average simple apartment. Home stay style

Best place to stay in Fraser’s Hill. BBQ option was a huge plus. Amenities are basic so I put this under the category of glamping. Kim though of everything to make sure guests have an enjoyable stay. Location is perfect to discover most trails suitable for families with kids. Some issues are related to odour in one of the bathrooms. Pity. Still, I can’t imagine choosing any other place in Fraser’s Hill for our next visit.

Colonie 1232

All the apartments here are being operated by private owners and not run by a resort. So the place that you get really depends on how well the individual owners maintain and do up the place. 

We rented the place via AirBnB from Yen. She did up her place pretty well with good Interior Design and amenities. All essential supplies were provided and we could even cook simple meals in her kitchen. 

Definitely worth staying here again and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Fraser's Hill
