As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. The front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Opening hours are from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel about the arrival time and get check-in instructions.
