Good service, good breakfast, good room space and good hygiene, friendly treatment and good parking space, within a shopping plaza that allows you to access external services without having to travel.

Excellent service at a really affordable price.

The lobby smells like dirt, smells like sweat, the houses are dirty, and where breakfast is served, it looks dirty, and just thinking that I would be with that smell, I'd rather not go down and have breakfast for the price I paid than be worth it.

There is no regression.

The hotel has a complicated access for people who do not live in the City, the rooms are noisy, the breakfast service included leaves much to be desired and the portions served by the girl who attends are minimal.

The access was a nighttime problem, so we gave several laps even with the GPS of the vehicle in place that could better signal at least the access to the hotel and at night it was much more complicated as we were passing to another city.

Reserving this hotel to spend a single night as we were on our way to Puerto Vallarta, the phone service from the reservations center was very efficient and friendly, however upon arrival at the hotel I met with the employees eating at the counter and not paying attention to who was arriving (it was late but not that's why I think they should neglect that) the room seemed small in size but well, what I did not like was the lack of cleanliness, there was hair, dust and something sticky on the bed table and the floor of the room was also dirty, the bathroom but also some areas where the cleanliness might have improved.

This establishment is a pleasant place where you can rest for a couple of days, the habitats are generally in good condition without negative details, good WiFi and good attention from the staff.

The hotel has a good location, it is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the stay includes a buffet breakfast and it is good. You have the option of coffee, water or tea 24/7. Internet included. Close there is a Soriana por if you want to buy a botanical garden, a couple of banks. It is close to the airport and the VFG arena, if you go to an event in the arena they offer you transportation service for an affordable price, ask if it is available and at what time. All are very friendly. As the hotel is on the highway to Chapala it may be noisy at night due to traffic, but it is only for a moment. If it would return.

Buen hotel 

Excellent option in GDL with a pleasant breakfast and good location on the exit of Chapala, it is located in a shopping mall where you will find 1 medium-sized auto-service store, 2 banks and other businesses that make your life easier.

The worst part was the food, unpleasant, tasteless and even raw, the area of the juices only ripped with an orange tint, if I lost my appetite and could not have breakfast because ah leguas could see the quality of the food they served.

Poor food and poorly maintained rooms.

The stay was very pleasant, as well as the staff that cares for you doing it very kindly, for me it was a great experience, the breakfast was great and the cameras left excellent day messages written in a postit.
