Very clean good location close to the fair and the facilities are new Good care of its staff The price very well Good place to rest It is located on the main avenue and easily accessible with closed parking and offers.cafe all the time in the lobby.

I made my reservation and payment for accommodation at Despegar.com and upon arrival at the hotel I was told that they had no reservation and had nothing to do with the departure, that they no longer worked on that platform but did not achieve it, did not give me a solution, or offered an alternative, terrible.

A gentleman was very rude to us in the parking lot because we were CDMX, and everyone treated him badly when he left.

No vayan

It's a hotel not so central, but it's about a 15 or 20 minute walk away.The facilities are adequate and the price/quality ratio is very good.The rooms are of good size and have all the amenities necessary.A hotel to relax and take a good bath.

Buen hotel 

We went to the friendship tournament in Leon, full of our to-do to get out and we arrived here, which was pleasant, lakes is the beginning of the hills of jalisco, in which their fame precedes them, beautiful villages, rich food, beautiful and friendly people, lakes is no exception, and this hotel is a great choice, maintenance on a daily basis, clean, quiet, for the full date and parking is fair, but it is certain so no problem, I would repeat this hotel, as at all times they behaved like a luxury hotel, happiness and sign asi, everything perfect.

I'm going to tell you.

It's a very clean place, the reception boys were very kind and guided us to get to the hotel, as the GPS is down.You can use the public transport that passes in front of the hotel and takes you in 10 minutes to the historic center.There's a better price if you pay in cash instead of using a card, if you would return.

Widely recommended.

Lovely small boutique hotel with nicely appointed rooms.  Very fresh and very comfortable beds.  Excellent value.  Drop your bags at the front door before entering parking or you will have to carry up a flight of stairs.  Staff very pleasant and helpful.  They speak some English.  No English TV but excellent internet so I was able to stream and watch Netflix.  They do not have a restaurant but do have a take out which was very reasonable and good.  My only complaint was that the water was very cold even after running it for a significant time so I skipped my shower.  They did show me that after leaving water run in another room for awhile that it was starting to warm up but this was an inconvenience.

Small Quaint Economical Hotel

We visited Hotel Galerias when we decided to visit the Festival del Globo in Leon.  All the rooms in Leon were booked, so we stayed in Lagos de Moreno.  Overall, this is a great property.  The rooms are clean and bright, the TVs are flat screens, and the parking is safe.  The hotel is not close to the city center.  You must take your car, hop on a taxi, or take the bus to the town square.  

This hotel is also owned by the same people as the budget Hotel Posada Real (also in Lagos de Moreno).  I recommend this hotel to those who want better amenities during their stay in Lagos de Moreno.

Helpful staff, clean, modern, good value for money. I arrived very late after a long drive from the Mazatlan area, and the desk clerk checked me in right away, even helped with my luggage. Good eatery next door.
